Leo at this location is legitimately the most supportive and helpful boost mobile employee I've ever come across and I have been to dozens of locations across the country. Merry Christmas, and absolutely give this honorable worker a pay increase. Saved my today, my December, and technically the rest of the entire year with his knowledge and patience of his work completely judgement free. People who help people like this deserve a bonus because that's how it goes when real recognize real. Thanks!

the guy who answers the phone with the very unpleasant voice is very quick to say no I don't have it in the store he never bothers taking a quick moment to just check always NO! I call that being lazy and just want to get off the phone so you can smoke your cigarette he sounds like he does. Pretty sure he has a bottle of whiskey behind that counter. Customer service has really gone down hill and you will be lucky if you DO find someone who cares about his/her job and the customers.

I had my old phone since 2020. I was worried about being able to transfer all my data to the phone that I was contemplating buying. Billy helped me through the process with ease. They are simply the best.

I would’ve gave you five stars except the missing star is not because of boost mobile rather for Google giving incorrect information. Please correct. This information for closing hours is 7 PM rather than 8 PM then I’ll change the rating from four stars to five stars.

The salesperson took care of me to pay off my monthly bill that I usually pay over the phone/ app. And explained why boostmoble app and customer service number was down.

The big guy that’s there on Wednesday mornings, refuses to help customers. He states that he’s not apart of ACP, which I don’t understand because ACP is apart of boost mobile services, therefore he shoule be trained to assist customers with service support.

Bone growth literally as soon as I walked out of the door I bought the insurance and they still try to charge me over $100 to fix it and I will have to wait almost a week to get a new one I transferred from a another company and if I was supposed to be free it was not I was told when I before I bought the phone when I talk to them before I decide to transfer that I would end up paying maybe about $60 including the phone the mustard deal whatever cuz the phone will be free I know I end up hanging over 250 and that did not include a case screen protector or anything like that and then they added extra stuff on the phone that I did not ask for like the insurance and I did not tell me that I would have to pay $100 deductible for the insurance they're supposed to have a 3- day when you can bring it back and get your money back but you don't you only get 25% back the rest of it you say use as a restocking fee for a brand new phone so they like you just to get you to get it I'm transferring back to Metro as soon as my bill is due again because boost is absolutely horrible

They know phones here. They walked me through the plans and handled communicating with corporate on my questions so I didn't have to. Most of all, when there was a problem with my phone, I came back and they handled it right away. I was in and out faster than I've waited just to talk to someone at other places.
