Horrible. Jose had no clue how to assist. Had to go to the store twice in one day and still I have to call in to customer service for the assistance he wasn’t able to render.

I lost a phone, which I have insurance for, so I went to the store for help. I would have had replaced online, but that website feature is down. The guy gave me a phone number to call. I asked if he could help me call, and he refused service. Horrible customer service from some fat slob with his shirt half untucked, named Jose. After I replace my phone and retrieve my data, I’m switching providers.

By far the worst customer service I ever had in my life I went there to see if they could help me troubleshoot a problem I was having with my internet and the female manager did nothing to help I recently switch to boost mobile like 2 months ago when I switch over I was given a iPhone 6 it was a brand device she said to me that phone must be defective I was baffled by this I said how so she said because no one complaint about having trouble with their internet so the device I bought from them must be defective so I ought bring to the apple store so I can have replace. When displayed my frustration on the answer she gave me the supervisor came to which btw is beneath the store manager with a very Arrogant attitude and basically repeated the same thing the manager told me I then told him why he repeating the same thing to me over again like I was some kinda of moron and why be so rude and Condescending I then asked him to give me the number to his direct supervisor and he said sure no problem he took a business card wrote the number on the back I then began to call while in store male voice picks up saying can I help you and I said I want make a formal complaint on two of your paid employees in one of your stores he said okay no problem he then said which apple store was it? I said sorry never mind the employee to the boost mobile retail store gave me bad information I then hung up... I told him to give me his direct supervisor number and why would you give me a false number to call he then said no that he wasn't going to give me that information I then turned to the store manager asked her for direct supervisor number and she said I can do that cause against the rules I then asked her when will her direct supervisor be in the store she refused to tell me that also... either way I will get hold of their direct supervisor but this was by far the worst experience ever I endured I then took my phone to another near by boost retail store I told them what had happened the guy said let me look at your phone dialed a code and he refreshed my network system my internet problem was no longer a problem problem was fixed under a minute when the store manager told me she was certain the phone was defective

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. This is truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guys working there are very condescending and rude. The girl is even worst. They over charge for services that are at a lower cost by Boost Mobile. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT visit this store. Go to a different location, visit the website or call Boost-mobile directly.

I don't even know what to say about this store. Went to switch to boost using a phone that i had before. They charged me $20 because it was used. I asked if that's what boost charges or is that what the store charges the guy tells me its what boost charges. When i get home i check and boost only charges $10. I dont mind them charging the extra $10 just be upfront about it don't lie. 5 hrs after i left the store the phone is still not in service i call the store back and the guys tells me he forgot to put the money in the account. Never going back here again and to top it all off he didn't provide us with the pin. Just a headache. Never again

Great store awesome employees. Very knowledgeable. Boost has the best plans available for people who don't want to pay an arm and leg for a cellphone contract.

La peor tienda q es visitado !!! Le compre un celular nuevo y solo trabajo por 2 semana ($70) cuando recreso para ver q podía hacer me dijo q ello no pueden hacer nada q llame LG la marca de celular , gracias good luck !!!
