Absolutely fantastic service. Moving is always super stressful but everyone involved, from customer service calming my nerves over the phone to the incredibly careful and kind movers who came to pick up my stuff, was absolutely wonderful. I will def be using Boxie24 again :)

From Adam in the office to Mike and his coworker (whose name escape me) so did my pickup everyone was excellent. Customer service was excellent and friendly. And the pickup was fast, efficient and stress free. They came prepared to help wrap and pack if necessary. Awesome app around service!!

I wish I can give 0 star seriously.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I never wrote any review at any places even if it's terrible restaurants with a racist waiter, but I'm so mad at this company right now. It's horrible, they lost one of my box with bunch of my clothes and other stuff. I didn't believe the google review, but it really did happened to me, and they are so irresponsible. This one is relatively cheaper than other places, but you are going to spend more money to buy or fix your stuff eventually at the end. Just spend that money to other storage company.They charge you a month fee even you used for only two weeks without informing me in advance. I would look for other places if I knew this before. When I sent them email regarding this, they just never reply. Yes Bill, I'm talking about you.The worst part starts from here. They disassembled my mechanical desk without even letting me know or asking me. It was totally messed up when I received it. This is absolutely disgraceful and crazy. It broke eventually and the mechanical part didn't work at all, so I had to purchase a new one. Also, they never replied to my claim as well.The top right corner of my mattress was torn and the mattress bag also been destroyed. I don't even know how they did this.They just treat your stuff so bad. Most of the boxes were destroyed (doesn't really matter), but you can tell how badly they treat your belongings.Customer service is nice but isn't really helpful at all. I would rather talk to AI. They keep saying they don't have any authority and they have to talk to their manager, but those upper people never get back to you.Just don't used this company if you don't want to lose your money and time.23/12/05They never replied to my email when I was asking for them to follow up regarding my missing box. They are ridiculously irresponsible.

This place has been a nightmare to work with since the beginning.Nov. 2022 - I reached out to schedule a pickup. Let them know how many boxes I needed picked up and stored. When the movers arrived, they tried to say that dispatch told them I had half the number of boxes than I actually said, and the mover and I had a back and forth that took longer than it actually did to load the boxes. They wanted to charge me extra, but I had screenshots confirming that I told them the correct number of boxes. It took them less than 30 mins to load the truck.Feb 2023 —In January, I reached out to schedule the drop off of my items for Feb 27, but they couldn't do it at the time I was available so they scheduled the next day. When I scheduled the drop off, I let it be known that I was on the first floor of my apartment building, but there's a flight of steps. For the second time, the movers tried to give me the “extra change” speech claiming I was on the second floor (I'm not) and I shut it down quickly by showing them the email where I made it clear that there is a flight on stairs to reach the building/first floor.April 2023 - after being hospitalized, I finally got a chance to unpack and noticed that I was missing boxes that included my fire extinguisher, several electronic devices, CDs, vinyl records, toiletries, video games, blankets, important sensitive paperwork and clothes. I reached out on April 2, they replied asking what was missing and asked for photos for the 3. I sent them on the 11. On the 17 they told me that they would let the warehouse supervisor know and will reach out.On June 6, I reached out for an update and received no reply. On July 19 I reached out again and they didn't respond until July 28 apologizing and said they were still investigating.I haven't heard from them since. On Oct. 22, I threatened to go public about their unprofessionalism and they still haven't reached out. If you value your items and want your stuff returned, find someone else. They're either thieves or highly unorgan and fail to take responsibility for their actions.

Do not use this company. They are a fraudulent business.They damaged one of my boxes, and 6 months later, they still haven't processed the claim, even though I have provided everything they asked for: photos of the box before and after, list of the items, and their cost. I realize mistakes happen, but the way BOXIE24 has handled this is incident is incredibly frustrating.The supervisor Michael, stopped responding to my emails in June, and since then, an agent who doesn't have the ability to do anything about the claim has been my only point of contact. The agent said there was no other way to get in touch with Michael other than emailing their generic claims email.I'm at my wits end trying to close this matter. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

My self-storage reservation experience has never been simpler than this. After looking at their website, where I discovered they had the lowest monthly fees per household item, I called them. They had excellent customer service. On the phone, Kristin was pleasant, and Luis and his team arrived promptly. They quickly loaded up all of our items. For eight months, they are storing our possessions, and we have no doubts about their security.

Boxie24 picked up my stuff today. I had pre-ordered 30 green boxes and they carried them to their truck carefully. Larger items I stored with them were a lamp, golf set and book case. James was really friendly to deal with on the phone and he answered all my questions. If only other companies provided customer service like James does. This storage service did not disappoint.

Decent pricing. The actual storage pickup and delivery men are great. It took me almost two weeks to get a reply and an appointment scheduled. Whenever I called it was a 20+ minute hold time so I would give up. When they did respond, they told me to refer to a email with the time (there was no time stated, plus they could have given the pickup time just as easily as referring me to another email) which gave me a seven hour delivery window. A entire work day was the window. No joke. One representative felt so bad that he refunded my service charge which I appreciated. Bottom line- cheap prices as long as you are in no hurry to store items or remove them.

Hector was fantastic. Showed up right on time after letting me know 30 mins before where they were and that there was no traffic. They packed all our furniture well, some outside so it would fit the shafts. Swift and thorough is how I'd surprise them. They mark everything in their app so that nothing can get lost and with a press of a button they show up to bring back. Thanks, Hector and team.

Terrible!! Absolutely terrible!!!My items were dropped off on the SIDEWALK!!! The middle of the open on the side of the road!! I spoke to them on the phone 10 minutes before arrival just to find my items left on the sidewalk. NOT TO MENTION, when I found my items, TWO OF THEM WERE BROKEN, with one of my carts missing an entire wheel! When I approached the workers before they left, THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE and REFUSED to help me bring my items inside. On top of this, I rescheduled my delivery to during the week because I was told it would make my drop off fee $100 cheaper. However after they completed their rude and unprofessional drop off, I received an invoice for the amount of a weekend drop off. This place is a joke and will never receive a dime from me ever again.

Convenient service, but for some reason its very complicated to retrieve an item for your storage unit before the end date if you just want to pick something up. Otherwise has been solid so far

This was the worst moving experience I have ever experienced!!!! (And the bar is low for living in nyc) They suck at communicating! My roommate and I hired them 2 weeks in advance for our move and 4 days of storage and they confirmed the dates. They picked up our stuff and never confirmed our drop of date. We kept calling and emailing and then they finally answered us and said they could no longer deliver in the date they agreed to. At this point we had already paid in full and we’re staying with friends waiting to get our belongings back. They probably would have never told us if we didn’t keep calling. Then they promised us a partial refund for delivering late and avoided all of our calls and promised to call back but never did. Which was so disrespectful and a waste of our time because they didn’t move us in when they said they would and that’s the entire reason we went with their service. Later we found out they were already fully booked but accepted our delivery anyways. To make it a million times worse they only sent 2 guys to move our stuff in a 5 story walk up. It took over 5 hours and we tried to help the 2 movers but this was the literal worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Dressers were damaged and dishes were broken. If I could leave no stars I would. I hope no one else gets fooled into paying over $1300 for terrible service and literally no communication. Boxie 24 is unreliable and Adam the manager or whatever really screwed us over. Please do not waste your time or money on them!!!

Super experienced team, they went the extra mile with the pick up and offered to help my elderly mom pack head her stuff into boxes that she couldn’t handle. This little gesture made a big impression and goes a long way. Appreciate the patience, empathy and overall care from the pick-up team towards my mom. Thanks guys!!
