Used to be my go-to delivery service for wine/spirits. They have recently changed their driver mechanics and it's become an absolute disaster. They have no drivers; they're cancelling 75-85% of orders that are put through Grubhub/Seamless. Just seems like an utterly rudderless ship from a management standpoint. Will avoid forever at this point. Really pathetic.

Well I went there for a bottle signing with Sam Heughan! Yes the main guy from Outlander ( the show) my wife’s into this dude so I was dragged along.. needless to say we bought some of his whiskey and Gin. Kudos to Broadway spirits for hooking this up

I visited this store about a year ago and there was an elderly gentleman who took care of me and he was great. Visited it last week, no one asked if they could help or helped me at all. Didn't see the elderly gentleman. Thankfully I found what I needed, paid and left.

I attended Sam Heughan #SassenachScottishWild Gin event at Broadway Spirit yesterday. It was amazing day. The staff of Broadway Spirit (Bruna and her team) were informative and outgoing. Looking forward to more events (please bring back Sam again). #BroadwaySpirits #SamHeughan #SassenachSpirit

For the best experience, DO NOT order from them directly and definitely DO NOT use their app! I’ve ordered from them several times via a third-party delivery app with no problems and have actually rated them 5 stars. Today I decided to try their app and order from them directly thinking it may be easier, but it turned out to be an awful experience. 1st, when you order via their app, you don’t get any confirmation via text or email that your order was actually placed. You can’t even see the status of your order on their app! 2nd, they called me to ask me to verbally authorize a hold on my credit card, which should not be happening in 2023. I inquired about my delivery ETA during this call and was told it would be within the hour window in which I ordered. This call took place 30 minutes after my order was placed and was the only reason I knew the order actually went through. Lastly, I selected 1 hour delivery, it was more like an hour and a half, and they didn’t even follow the instructions on the order that they give as an option to gift wrap your item. I understand if they had delayed, but a courtesy call would have been nice.I simply can’t believe ordering from them directly was such a nightmare!
