Terrible front desk staff. Also, this location has tried to overcharge me at least twice. Also, Budget customer service representatives are poorly trained. I had to tell the reps how to do their job. Find a car rental company Other than Budget!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolute worst car rental service experience I have ever had - avoid at ALL costs. The car we rented was scheduled for pickup at 6:30 PM. The workers made my husband wait an hour until the car was ready - at first they said they needed to find a guy to get the car, then the car was being 'washed'. After we made it to our destination, the car wouldn't start the next day. We had to call roadside assist because the battery had died even though the car was fully off all night. After 3 hours the battery was charged and we went to our 2nd destination, where the battery immediately died after we turned off the car AGAIN, making it obvious the battery in the car was completely shot. After several phone calls their customer service and a fully wasted day, they finally agreed to a full refund, only for subsequent random charges not matching the actual cost of the rental to be charged on our card afterwards. It took over 2 weeks and multiple calls to customer service to finally get credited back the full amount, until today (almost 4 weeks later), where they just charged my card AGAIN for the full rental cost they quoted that was supposed to be fully credited back. I have truly never had a worse experience with a company who is so unorganized and blatantly disregards their customers and their safety.

Worst experience ever (not exacerbated). Picking up our car was very problematic. Systems didn't work so we couldn't get our car, the car was dirty, the amount of fuel in our car didn't correspond with what was promised. Handing in our car was a disaster too. The location we were supposed to hand in the car was unexpectedly closed. We had to find another location, which took us an extra day, so we got charged an additional amount of 20% of our total costs for being late and handing in our car in another location. During this whole period we couldn't get in touch with someone from the service center who was able to help us. We send multiple emails which we never got a reply to.

If you select the option that allows Budget to choose the car be aware you might wind up with a Truck. And with no recourse to switch to a car unless you cancel and retry the reservation at the counter (and at a much increased price. Never choose the option that allows them to pick the car type, unless you don't mind the possibility of getting a truck.

The rental pick up and drop off were fast and efficient. When picking up the representative was informative and helpful with add on options. When dropping off David was helpful, efficient and professional.

The rental office was unprofessional specially the employee was toking to the phone all the time and let me wait and she didn't know any thing about the cars she told me the car was Ford and show me picture from the internet and give me Nissan pickup in the end I toke Jeep with price deferent the car was not full fuel and after few days the change oil light on when I call for assistant they told me ether to go by myself to change and then claim the money or change the car and the only car available that time was a minivan.I expect from big company like Budget to have more professional employee and road assistant to deal with small things like flat tire or changing oil. on the other hand the car return was very easy and smooth.

Marcello, the gentleman in charge of the rentals is the greatest. He was efficient, a good problem solver and professional just to say the least. He left an excellent impression of the service offered by this business. The valet guys were great too. I absolutely loved my ‘mystery car’ which turned out to be a luxury ride (Hyundai Genesis). I had a 5 stars experience so I'll definitely come back to this exact location next time I need to rent a car.

Absolutely horrible service. Went there this morning to collect a 10:00AM reservation. I arrived at 10:20AM to meet the agent engaging in “small talk” with an earlier customer. She commiserated as customer complained about getting her insurer to cover the rental. Agent even proceeded to give her own son’s experience. This went on for 10 minutes, until I intervened to politely ask how long agent expected to have to deal with the current client. She replied that she had no idea and complained that she was the only one there, so I would just have to wait indefinitely. Customer then unsuccessfully tries to call her insurer for another 5 minutes while I wait. She then remarks that she was there first and was entitled to take her time. At no time did the agent try to manage this situation or even reassure me that I would be dealt with promptly. As customer continued her failed attempts to reach Geico while in line, I left and went to Avis.

They did not have the car we reserved. Put us into an “upgraded car”. Forgot to mention the upgraded car made the cost increase from ~$435 to $1089. You would think they would mention that before creating a contract. Once the contract is made they cannot change anything until your car is returned. Not sure if this breaks any laws but it should. Will be calling customer service next. Will update after speaking with them. Budget asked for the review first.

I never write a review, but this is too unbearable that I need to. Slowest service I’ve ever had with a car rental!!!!!!!!!!!! Spear your time for at least an hour if you are going to rent a car here. I had an international driving license which always work every where I go, but the lady still request for a local driving license which is not even valid in this country!!!!! Worst and the most non-sense!!!!!!!!!! There is a lot of 1 star rating here. I think this place should reconsider doing something with their service. I mean… seriously… this is the worst in this whole world

Horrible experience, I was told that I was unable to rent my car due to a credit check.I have never heard of such a thing I know it was not true, and the worker just did not want to service me.We live in a world in which people are bias and hate for their own personal ignorance, she portrayed negligence of character and what life is truly about. If you are a customer representative you have to learn to represent all humans. Life is a 360 you will reap what you sow.I would pray for this worker in every shape and form for showing her true colors of selfish behavior and would like the person to know that the hate you give will backfire upon you and whomever you love.God is a Just God.The owner of this store should not have poor customer service workers working for them it degrades your reputation.

If you need a cheap rental, yes. Otherwise, no. Spend the money and get a clean car. The car also felt like I was driving in a tin can. When I picked up the car it had dirt and scratches on the outside. The concierge didn't want to document any of this. The tank was only 1/3 filled and the car wrecked like cigarette smoke. Like, wrecked like someone smoked 10 million packs of cigarettes in the car. The concierge put his hand on my arm to browbeat me into not documenting the condition of the car. He had no right to put his hands on me. They also tried to overcharge me by adding extra stuff to the bill (including an extra day, when I was told that I return the car 2 hours late, without penalty). So, cheap and is worth it because of that, but stand your ground. Don't let them overcharge you and make sure you document the condition of the car.

Zero stars. Prepaid for a car to be picked up on 7/21/23. Inept/incompetent. Was told they didn't have my car. They asked if I wanted to be put on a waiting list in case someone brought a car in a a Friday afternoon. Oh, the good news is I would be first on the list . I canceled the car on the spot because I needed to get to my destination.Now I'm fighting with them to get my refund.I WILL NEVER USE BUDGET AGAIN!!!
