Shirley made my experience a 10 out of 10. Me and my partner Bryson were traveling for Christmas in New York and she took such great care of us and I got to take home a beautiful new puffer coat. Thank you Shirley for making it feel like Christmas and making us feel very loved and welcomed.

I had to buy a cashmere scarf due to unexpected cold weather in NY. The staff was really nice and I could get what I needed right away. Would love to visit again in my next trip :)

Irina and Chris were the absolute best. I walked in and was sad when I didn’t see the purse I wanted but Irina made my dreams come true. She told me to give her 5 minutes and she returned with the purse I’ve been wanting. In the meantime Chris entertained us with some champagne and good conversation. I am so happy with how helpful they were and even more happy about my purchase. Thanks for making my birthday the best!

I got my montage print cashmere scarf last year. It's been with me since last winter. It’s soft, cozy and stylish. Just love the print, it's unique and eye-catching. Also, the colors are vibrant and versatile. It goes well with my different outfits, particularly with my parka. Highly recommend this scarf to anyone who appreciates quality and elegance.

Fabulous merchandise. Pleasant service. But then disappointment. My husband bought me a trench. I returned it a few days later and picked out a different coat and they wouldn’t refund the difference in price! They only offered me a store credit. They were kind about helping me choose a scarf or hat to make up the difference but it just left a bad taste. Really?

Not only is this an immaculately beautiful shop/showroom and the largest Burberry in America (the largest in the world is of course in London), but the staff/associates/style professionals etc are all highly knowledgeable and incredibly helpful without being pushy or overbearing. I knew the piece I wanted (Mens Ainsworth Giant Check Calfskin Briefcase) and didn't want to waste time. I was immediately greeted by a wonderful sales associate named Kathryn who couldn't have been more of a lovely delight and incredibly helpful. She located the piece immediately while also bringing some limited brand new pieces to my attention. Once the bag was beautifully wrapped, I paid without a problem, shook the associates hand, and said goodbye. This was hands down one of, if not the best shopping experience I've ever had due to how fast, streamlined, and professional the experience was. I will be going to this specific location for all of my future Burberry purchases and will deal with Kathryn directly every single time. Overall it was absolutely incredible and I'd recommend anyone looking for a specific in season Burberry item to go directly to this location. I cannot say enough great things about it/them. I will be back again and again. 5 stars across the board. Thank you again, Kathryn, for being such a delight.

I bought an amazing Burberry scarffrom here a few months ago. Austen and a female colleague of his were extremely helpful in helping me decide which one to get - a regular nova check scarf or a limited edition one meant for lunar new year. I chose the latter. Thanks again!

Surprisingly had a terrible experience - and I love Burberry. I bought combat boots from Burberry previously that needed to be repaired due to a button falling off (why are buttons falling over $1k shoes?). I dropped them off at this store location to be sent for repair and the experience was fine, but then I was called by Carol to let me know that the shoe repair could not do anything to fix the button, so they would expedite the shipment back to me. It took an additional 3 days from that call for the boots to be ready to ship, then she went radio silent for a week, and I had no communication on where my boots were, if they were shipped, if they were lost - mind you this whole process was already more than a month for Burberry to fix nothing. I followed up 5 times with no response, then finally requested the store manager who told me he likely wouldn't know the answer for another day since it was Carol's responsibility. He ended up giving me a callback the same day and noted my boots had already been shipped and should arrive today - I was never sent any tracking or communication that the boots would be arriving (i.e., designer boots sitting in a package room with the high possibility of getting stolen). When I received the package, my boots were put in a plastic bag and just thrown into the box... there was no protection on them at all. The leather tops of the shoes were crushed and the bottom of one boot was rubbing up against the leather of another. All-in-all it was a pretty awful experience coming from a designer company. When you're spending that kind of money on something, you would expect that there is some sort of customer service to follow, or even care for the product. It's a shame.

Never Ever buy stuff from this branch!You are going to suffer terrible retuning experience for sure . If you like their stuff, buying online is definitely much smarter idea without suffering miserable returning experience.Several of my friend warned me this before, I did not believe until this happens to me.The sales is so nasty , they are pretend to be very nice to you to convince you by stuff, but their face will become so ugly and give you different excuses when you request for returning.I bought a coat value $3500 on 10/30 from Sales Shirley, and brought to return on 11/13. I spent almost 2 hours for the returning process, the sales Toan finally agreed yo refund me the next day. But until now, a week passed, still not refund, and. It picking up phone call as well, and they have taken the coat back. They told they will not refund back to me, not even issue store credit. This is so disgusting service!It is so unbelievable this is happens in a such a reputable company as I thought!I am going to file complaint to their corporate for sure!

Not welcoming at all!!! No one attended us till we reached 6 th floor. Couple in front of us and behind us where greeted. Asked if they wanted a water and all!!! I wonder if it’s because me and my wife are Hispanic.
