I really like this store because I really find a wide variety of skirts, dresses, and really inexpensive clothes. But at the level of disaster organization the items were on the floor as if there were no employees I was very surprised. the employees not great the gentleman at the security entrance very attentive kind.

My shopping experiences at the 117th Street ( East River) Location was HORRIBLE!There are never enough cashiers. I just left this Location. The Checkout line wait was about 15- 20 wait. Only two cashiers, while there were a good amount of employees on the sales floor, and the temperature was extremely hot. I nicely asked one of the cashiers is there anyway she can get another person to help out on the register. She said No. Then, I asked for the manager. The manager (Delmar ) came over and went behind the counter and totally ignored the fact that there was an overwhelming line . I walked over to him and asked if he can jump on the register to get the line down, and he responded with an attitude. "As soon as I clear this counter off because I have other things to do too" He sarcastically said things to another cashier about the matter which she also had an attitude. His unprofessional behavior and Poor example of a leader did not comply to the requirements I'm sure Burlington's factory requires. Great Customer Service is one of the Key Components to a successful business. If you continue to put Leaders in your locations that produce the impact of negative reviews of your business like Delmar, you would surely see a decrease in sales that can also lead to closings.

I'm standing in this long line waiting to check out in the East 117th Street store. They only have two people checking people out. It's insane! It's Friday at 4:00 p.m. everyone in line is the starting to get aggravated.

Burlington was always a fun place to shop. We always bought something. They are opening early during the holidays so it was our first stop. What a mess in the accessory, shoe, handbag and hygiene departments. Housewares and other departments didn't have any apparel. We left empty handed. So much for holiday savings here.

Burlington sucks. They have everything all over the place on the floor. Things aren't where they should be. The staff can't help because nobody is doing anything. They should just close

This store is a HOT MESS!!! Long lines, always short staff, usually only 2 or 1 cashier. They focus on theft more than the actual consumers unfortunately. This store needs a intervention.

Not a very pleasant shopping experience. I have been a loyal Burlington customer for decades, and I had never encountered this scenario. As I was shopping for items that I normally get on a regular basis, I decided to use the restroom before finishing my purchase. Was guided to the restroom by a huge hanging restroom sign on the store's ceiling. As I was about to enter the restroom, a slightly heavy set gentleman stopped me on my tracks and advised me that there were " no public restrooms", then I replied that " I'm a customer" , the gentleman wouldn't budge, and I just went along with his "recommendations"..I wondered as to why such a huge "restrooms" sign is hanging in the middle of the ceiling indicating the location of the restroom, yet customers are not permitted to use them. I had never encountered this type of situation at any other Burlington store, just at this location at 517 East 117th street in Manhattan.
