I have nothing but praise and appreciation for this business. I went in to sell my Chanel purse and was given a great option to resell through them, as they offered 30days with promoting my item for me until they found a buyer or I’d have it returned.I was going to get more than half of the original value back which I felt was very fair due to it being unpopular and not recent edition. I also had the option to take immediate cash upfront for 1/3ish of the original value. All of this was communicated professionally and quite simply as it was my first time “pawning” something. Thank you all so much! Highly recommend. I now know whom to trust ?

This was a great place to trade in an old wallet that I had. The people there are very kind and very professional. I didn't feel unsafe at all as I was trading in some valuables as was the fear of other locations.

Came here based on google recommendation for the best place to sell a watch in NYC. I was greeted at the door and sat in the waiting room to be seem. It was quick and Edward appraised my Rolex and gave me a fair offer for it. I was surprised that it was more than what I got it for. Nontheless I sold it and left happy

I had a very good experience selling my jewelry to Edward. The process was easy, as well as calling up and making an appointment for an evaluation of my jewelry. I was seen on the eighth floor and I like the way he separated the gold by karat and gave me the best price that he could. I also sold an old Rolex watch that I don’t wear anymore and he actually paid me more than what I bought it for.
