We tried the tuna Crudo and the ravioli. We loved it all! The drinks were also great! And the atmosphere was all we wanted to be!
Café Chelsea is a new all-day French American bistro located within the historic Hotel Chelsea; it is the hotel’s first new restaurant since the opening of El Quijote in 1930. The restaurant features classic dishes, inspired by traditional French cuisine with a focus on exceptional ingredients. The space was designed to compliment the historic building, emanating a sense that it’s always been part of the hotel. Works of art that have belonged to the property for decades hang throughout the space and traditional French accents have been incorporated.
Café Chelsea is open for dinner seven nights a week beginning at 5pm, with plans to open all day, offering breakfast and lunch in the near future; reservations can be made via Resy.
