Margarita is extremely rude at the front. She should not be client facing. How can someone be in a bad mood first thing in the morning? For a bank that’s already a nightmare, this really rubbed me the wrong way. She needs hospitality training or to be relocated to a new position that isn’t client facing.

TD apparently doesn’t let you transfer money from your account to someone else account. What type of financial institution doesn’t let you transfer. This is dumbest shit I ever heard of. The one lady at the teller was nice. Nobody else in this branch was helpful.

Terrible bank to have a business in. Absolute garbage customer service. Will be moving all money out of there asap. They make a point to make it as difficult as possible to deposit and withdraw. 0/10
