From when I joined callcentric.com and put a deposit on my account, they changed their money back guarantee terms and now won't return my account balance. I pointed out to them that the Money Back Guarantee Policy was different when I paid and they wrote "we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Money Back Guarantee Policy at any time without notice". In my opinion, this is not good business.

I've been a customer of Callcentric since 2008 and they have been so fair to me in offering a great service for a decent price. They offer so many features and they are constantly upgrading their customer portal with new features. My favorite is their powerful call filtering system which is called Called Treatments. You can send unwanted calls to VM, disconnected message, busy signal, etc. Also, by default, incoming calls are rated based their probability of being spam and you can filter them as well to your liking. You can use your phone book or contacts as a white list to only allow those calls to reach you (and send all others to VM for instance). The customization is endless in terms of filtering calls. For $1.50 per month, they offer an E911 service. Customer support is very helpful and friendly and online support documentation is extremely thorough. They offer SMS and Fax services. I have never looked elsewhere for another VOIP service and will continue to use them and have gotten family members to used them as well. So calling between other Callcentric users is free if you have a per minute plan. There are many plans to choose from. Even during the Sandy superstorm, where their facility got damaged, they offered their customers compensation which I think was very fair.

Excellent service they provide the phone service in 2 of ours offices and when we ever have a question they respond really fast and they are very affordable compared to the other company's out there Thanks!!
