CONSISTENTLY having issues either picking up or delivering prescriptions.Every month and if it's around the holidays, just know that you're going without for a few days, so let's hope it's nothing important.

They actually straight-up lie about medication and price. I'm doing a chargeback on my credit card since they flat-out sent me the wrong meds and charged me a different amount. Record the conversations on your phone when you talk to them. I have multiple recordings of them lying. If enough people finally do this we can convince Callen Lorde to sever ties and get someone honest who doesn't seek to harm and swindle our community.

Best pharmacy. Low cost price for patients without insurance and provide free home delivery. Two thumbs up

Send me the wrong script, wouldn't take it back. Had to contact my credit card company to dispute. I will not be using them again.

Getting my prescription is easy. Most times they will waive the fee associated with my PreP. Friendly techs. Been going here for about 5 years.

Finally reached my limit with this BS today. Like so many other reviewers here have said, there is *always* an issue picking up my very simple Rx - and usually with every other person's in the line ahead of me. Today was my *third* trip back to pick up the Rx that the pharmacy had texted me as being ready earlier in the week. Wasn't ready the first time. I couldn't wait, and had to come back. Still not ready the second visit. I took yet more time out of my workday to go across town in the rain, thinking maybe the third time they'd have their act together. But no. Got to the first window, and was told it would be - yet again - 15-20 minutes to take a bottle off a shelf, slap a label on it, and send me on my way. A half-dozen people were also waiting to pick up meds, and literally every. single. one. of them had some problem at the pick-up window - either the doctor never actually called their Rx in, or it had been accidentally 'put back', or it was the wrong amount, or whatever. Every single person. Including a trans woman there to pick up her hormones for travel, and a very elderly gentleman with a walker who said he'd been getting the exact same Rx for a decade, and couldn't understand why they mess it up so often. After hearing the pharmacy staff member say 'Have a seat and we'll look into it for you' to the fourth or fifth person in a row, I'd had it. Went back to the check-in window, told them that I was done with not just the Callen pharmacy, but the entire practice. They're response: 'Okay, have a nice day.' Unless this is absolutely your one and only option, I strongly advise going elsewhere - I certainly am.

This pharmacy has an issue every time I use them. Picking up my prescriptions here is the most stressful part of my month which is sad. On the phone or in person, each interactions takes a MINIMUM of 30-45 minutes. I ROUTINELY wait in person 3-4 HOURS when I pick them up. They have a very inefficient system of getting the prescriptions ready and often will not have them ready when I arrive even when I request them online or on the phone. You have to wait in two long queues, the first queue you wait and the pharm tech sends each script to the insurance. Then u wait for them to actually fill it. Then they call your name and you enter a second queue to actually get your scripts. This line is very often 30 minutes long with 5-6 people on line. If there is any issue (which there always is) u have to do the whole process again. If you complain they laugh in your face. I have asked to speak to the pharmacist to complain multiple times and been told they weren’t available to speak to me. If I have questions about my medicines I’m SOL. They have on their website that they close at 345 on Saturday but they lock the doors at 3pm and wouldn’t let me in. If I complain they purposely take longer on the scripts. I have been $2 short before and they refused to let me pick up the prescription or speak to whom ever was in charge when I asked. They told me to step out of line so they could help the next person. If they accidentally forget to fill one, they make you wait in both lines again each time. It’s awful. If I could give it zero stars I would. The only reason I go here is bc it’s where my doctors are and they give me my HIV meds on a sliding scale, so I am trapped with them. I take 9 different medicines and this pharmacy wont coordinate them so I only have to come in once a month. I have to deal with their nonsense and incompetence two or three times a month. Go somewhere else if u have complex prescriptions if u value ur time or sanity.

Worst pharmacy ever. They always somehow manage to mess everything up, their physicians have no clue or education on trans related medical needs, its been a constant struggle.

This pharmacy makes a mistake every time I use them. Picking up my prescriptions here is the most stressful part of my month which is sad. On the phone or in person, each interactions takes a MINIMUM of 30-45 minutes. I ROUTINELY wait in person 3-4 HOURS when I pick them up. The wait to speak to a human on the phone system often ends with their system hanging up after a 15 to 30 minute wait. No one there cares if you try to complain. Their insanely weird hours are incorrect on their actual website and I have spoken to the pharmacy manager about it but it still is incorrect months later. They have a very inefficient system of getting prescriptions ready and often will not have them ready when I arrive even when I request them online or on the phone. For example if one of my multiple requested refills isn't done, they send you back to the first line. If you complain they laugh in your face. I have asked to speak to the pharmacist to complain multiple times and been told they weren't available to speak to me. If I have questions about my medicines I'm SOL. They have on their website that they close at 345 on Saturday but they lock the doors at 3pm and wouldn't let me in. If I complain they purposely take longer on the scripts. Last week I was $2 short and they laughed at me and refused to let me pick up the prescription or speak to whom ever was in charge when I asked. They told me to step out of line so they could help the next person. If they accidentally forget to fill one of the scripts, they make you wait in both lines again each time. They often will say they are going to request a refill then don't. Then the tech will say "well it wasn't me here so I don't know why it wasn't done" It's awful. If I could give it zero stars I would. The only reason I go here is bc it's where my doctors are and they give me my HIV meds on a sliding scale, so I am trapped with them. I take 9 different medicines and this pharmacy will not coordinate them so I only have to come in once a month. They say I would have to pay out of pocket and I cannot afford that. Any other reasonable pharmacy would coordinate the pickups (and even refill them automatically bc duh I'm picking the same thing up every month). I have to deal with their nonsense and incompetence two or three times a month. TLDR: Go somewhere else if u have complex prescriptions and value ur time or sanity.
