Very unorganized. Checked in 15 minutes early and they gave us the wrong color bands for our time so we missed our time because they wouldn't let us in. I called ahead of time to ask about an add on at the transformation and they told us to add it when we arrived. Went to add it and told it was sold out. We thankfully got in but between the transformation and us already being brought in late due to their mistake we only had 10 minutes to explore. It was ridiculously crowded and hot!! We could barely move throughout the experience. A counselor came around telling us the characters were out and to get in line. We got right in line only to be told last photo was taken and they will be back in half an hour. We got shuttled into a chaos filled Rhonda bus where the mic didn't work. So overall ridiculous amount of money for a scrappy experience. Would be better if they didn't allow so many people in at once to experience it.

Love the pop ups that they have! In February we came to the encanto pop up and it was so cute, play areas for kids and performances! This time (December) we came to the trolls pop up and loved it!Tickets are reasonably priced, during the week are cheaper than the weekend but so worth it!

Camp is borderline great. Is it worth bringing your kid ? Yes .For one, there are 4 rooms that interconnect. You go through each one in stages. When you start, there aren't alot of kids. However, by room two or 3, you all start to get musher together and it can get sliiightly crowded. So, if you have a 2 or 3 year old, you'll need to be a little vigilant. Most of the CAMP people are awesome and around. There was one that looked lost amd never knew what was going on.You basically play for 50 minutes in these 3 small rooms * which are decorated Really well*, and than you get the big song at the end. The end song is by 3 humans, and they were spectacular ( Especially the young female )We only saw 1 Troll costume. Not 2 through the whole thing and they did allow pictures w the TrollPRO- it was fun- the rooms are very well decorated- in the end, your kid will love it. The final song was a blast for ALL the kidsCON- the rooms are kind of tiny and they get crowded. Think twice if you are a large group- not enough for kids to do

The Encanto experience was great. Our daughter is less than 2 and they did a great job engaging with her and the music (which is her favorite part of the movie) was great. The live performances, happening throughout the area the whole time, really made it a great experience for her. If your kids are older then there might not be a ton of activities to do perhaps. The rooms are all great and interactive but you basically have 3 slides and a few other things to do in each room. The live music, musicians/staff and the atmosphere were fantastic and my daughter had a great time. I wasn’t expecting them to go through multiple songs, In multiple rooms, with just a small group. If you are just looking to waste time with your kids it probably isn’t worth the cost, but otherwise I would highly recommend it. From the time we walked through the door until we left, everything was excellent.

While the experience was cute, the price does not match it. There are 5 rooms you can go into but not much to in them all of 3 slides. A small playground. Staff was nice, helpful,.and accommodating. The candle. Set on 3 interactive places was cute and the free picture at the end was nice.

Week tickets for anyone over the age of 2 is 36. The weekends are a bit more. You have to make a reservation and come 15 minutes early.Great family experience, especially the kiddos. However, we came with no kids and it was still just as fun. Always good to heal that inner child.

What a wonderful experience we had at their “Encanto” show! My kids’ favorite movie come to life! Amazing! Highly recommended for all ages! I wish we had something like this in Montreal!

Our two year old daughter seemed to love it which is what is most important. Though the experience could be at your own pace the guides did not stop. As they say the show must go on. We caught a few of the performances and maybe caught 1 or 2 from the following group.

CAMP is a toy store that turns into different interactive displays for children and families. We went during Encanto and it was magical. The performers were amazing and all the rooms were breathtaking. The toy shop is also great and the manager is very helpful and friendly.

We visited today for the 1st time to enter Casita! It was a great Encanto experience my kids 6, 8 and 10 loved it. Cast were great, we'd get mini shows where they'll sing inside the rooms kids LOVED Isabella room the most because of its petty ride that spins lol it was a very cool experience.

Amazing!!!! Absolutely amazing. Children adored it and the all of the characters staff were wonderful. It's a definite must while it's there. Each room was so elaborately designed and decorated and children were simply wandering around in such wonder.

This was magical, everything and more you expect. Staff was incredible with the kids, and their voices were phenomenal. The place was immaculate, super fun, and an amazing experience for both kids and parents. Absolutely recommend for any little encanto lovers.

Visited for the Encanto experience. The decor was nice but boy was it jam packed. It was hard to enjoy with the amount of people present and for the price, I don't feel like we really got the experience we were hoping for :(The staff was nice and talented but there was just too much going on at once.
