Had the most fantastic experience at this store.Despite initial concerns from negative reviews, and being in the store after regular hours, the service was top-notch. Even with the store closed, we were welcomed, and special shoutout to Monet for being incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while helping us pick the perfect jacket.Thanks for making our shopping experience exceptional!

Went in during middle of a weekday, no line and more associates than customers. Yet, still had to flag and ask someone to help.Then, it took 15 min to wait for the associate to check out and actually pay for it (wouldn't just let me use a cashier). Literally just had to sit there on my phone and wait to pay for something.Go to the Soho location or better yet, buy another brand.

I really didn’t want to go here after reading all of the negative comments but they had most of what I wanted to try on in stock so I had to go. I went in the AM and walked right into the store, no line outside and only a couple of customers in the store. Cheyenne helped me. She was super sweet, friendly, honest, and helpful. Another sales rep approached me and he was also very friendly. As soon as I decided, Cheyenne processed everything quickly so I was out within 5 mins. It did get busier while I was there.

Gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews, but the reviews were absolutely spot on. 100% should have went to SOHO instead.Having a store like this on 5th AVE of all places completely tarnishes the name of this brand.Terrible terrible customer service especially for a luxury brand. Managers are rude and completely oblivious on how to properly treat their customers.I walked into the store and had to look for my own rep to ask for help. After asking for help, the rep not only did everything wrong, but completely wasted my time. When the manager got involved, he said and I quoted “there’s too much to do to be bothered with this customer.” Instead of hearing us out, he just went ahead and did what he had to do to get us out without consulting with us first.I called headquarters and multiple representatives have confirmed that transactions can be voided but the manager at the store insisted on not being “able” to do it.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

I thought all the other reviews were an exaggeration of how bad the employees at this store is, but after my first hand experience, it really is terrible. Avoid at all cost -- you can't pay me to come back.I previously ordered a jacket at a different location (different state) but they shipped me the wrong size. I figured I could come into this location for an even exchange and I triple checked with the employee I would not be paying any difference in taxes for this exchange due to diff state and she said there would not be. She ended up returning my jacket onto a gift card and then came out and told me she was mistaken and I had to pay taxes. I then told her I will just take my jacket back and she said I cannot as the return has been processed. I then asked for a refund on my original payment method (credit card) and she again said no, the refund was processed already. She then told me my only options is to go back to the other state to buy the jacket with the gift card or pay the extra tax in store today. She had a manager come out and tell me the same thing. I ended up decided to tell them to order the jacket in the other state and I would go pick it up. They ended up ordering the jacket in the same WRONG size again. I noticed this and told them to redo the order and they said they cannot adjust the order anymore and I would need to process a return again when it gets delivered.After all this, I don't even want a jacket from Canada Goose anymore but my refund was processed to a gift card so I'm pretty much stuck with it. Called customer service and they said the only way to get the refund back on my credit card is via the store but if they won't do it then it's too bad. Will absolutely be filing a claim with the BBB.

Came in for an exchange, 2 Garson vests for 2 freestyle vest. The service was amazing and very helpful. Shout out Steve, very friendly and ensured I found what I needed.

This is absolutely by far the worst experience trying to return a jacket. So bad, that it forced me into writing my first google review. I purchased a jacket for my wife which was delivered on night of 29th. Did not fit, so stopped by the nyc 5th avenue store to return it on 30th evening after work. Lot of back and forth for some reason and was accused of wearing and staining the jacket even though it was never worn and in exactly the same condition it was received the night before. There are 2 possible options, either Canada Goose is sending stained jackets or this store is avoiding returns and treating people terribly while at it.Either way, I will follow up online about the return but there is a pattern to the reviews for this store so if you read this review and still go to this store it’s then completely on you.

Horrible customer service. Waited 50 mins at the store to get a simple exchange done, not to mention the 30 minutes wait outside. Once inside, a salesperson attended to me and took my item. I though this would be a quick process but my optimism quickly waned as she redirected her attention to new customers and completely forgot about my exchange. Despite checking in with her, she informed me that someone else would assist. After enduring a total of 50 minutes inside the store, in addition to the initial 30-minute wait outside, I got my receipt. No surprise that there are such long wait times to enter

Waited in line for 10 minutes. Nobody in the store. Then a customer service reps comes up to us and tells us it’ll be another 30 minutes in line and can take our number and leave. So dumb. Just go to soho store. Waste of time.

Limited selection, and I've heard that their quality has significantly declined since opening brick and mortar stores. The staff were only about pushing you to try on jackets and shoes even when I specifically voiced that I'm just browsing. Women's on the first floor and men's on the second floor. Happy shops!

GO TO THE SOHO STORE.Unbelievably slow to get in and even when you decide to buy something it takes forever for the cashier to ring you up. I am still waiting after ten minutes for someone to just ring me up so I can God damn pay.Update: Also one of the employees just yelled at an Asian customer for standing somewhere another attendant asked him to stand. They got into a heated yelling contest. Will update live if there is more crazy things happening at this store. Note the guy is buying four jackets and lady told him to just leave if he is not happy since he is the one that has an "attitude" , when I clearly heard her asking the guy to stand back with a very bad attitude to begin with.Update: Customer yelled at left and now employees are bad mouthing about the guy very loudly. Whose ever fault it is, this service is insanely horrible considering buying jackets that are 1000+.I waited a total of 25 minutes to get a cashier to.ring me out.
