while walking along the upper east side on 1st ave i notice a 711 and was in the mood for a big gulp diet pepsi for 99 cents but the two menacing homeless dudes asking for money was not part of my 711 visit mood. typical 711 with the typical stuff and the big best is all the assorted soda and slurpee flavors are available .the guy behind the counter must be the owner as his assistant was calling him boss when he was trying to scan the two scratch off tickets that i picked out (,,both losing tixs). got my giant big gulp and it will make my 30 block walk back to my crib seem faster i hope.

7 Eleven 1683 First Avenue Be honest, if you see a sign that says cookies 2 for a $1.00 you're gonna stop and go inside! That's exactly what I did this one day when I was walking by this 7 Eleven. It's very typical for their locations. It felt new and clean. I had no unpleasant customer service experience. They were very busy. There was more than one employee which was good. I'm sure I will return.....

So we have been shopping here at least 6x a week for over 2 years and I get there are COVID protocols in place. But still, I can only take so much. The other night we walked in and there were two customers in the store. One of them was rearranging his lotto tickets on the ice cream freezer, which was where I wanted to get too. I stood behind him. Got impatient and moved to the front. Two or three other customers came in during this time. The guy behind the counter signaled me out and said only four customers in the store. I told him I was here before the new people. He argued with me. One of the new customers removed her mask to tell me she was here before me. But no one asked her anything. I got my ice cream and came to the counter with the other items I needed. He refused to ring me up and told me to leave. Meanwhile he had customers hanging out all over the store by this time. not shopping, hanging out. I left and refuse to go back.. I can buy these items in several other stores. 7/11 forgot that they are a convenience store. Be careful new COVID employees have no clue what customer service means.

I entered the 7-Eleven located at 1683 First Ave New York, NY 10128 And was attended by Das. He was extremely professional helpful and treated everyone that entered the location as a valued customer as it should be. This location is always extremely clean and the staff there have been impeccable. I want to thank 7 Eleven for having this location operating at such a high standard. It is my pleasure to give this location my business. If possible I would rate this location 10 stars. Thanks again Das. Continue success!

This is one of the best kept 7-Eleven store that I've been to. The manager Jay takes customer requests seriously and the employees are always friendly, especially compared to other 7-Eleven stores. I visit the store almost every day and have never had a bad experience.

Tell me a place you can get a better ice coffee for the same price. For a $1 you can't beat
