My sisters and I thrift all over the city, and this is one of the very best places. Very well organized, fair prices, and some wonderful unexpected finds - on top of which Tanya, the owner, is the bomb.

Great store, amazing inventory. You'll find wonderful unique vintage pieces. The store owner Tanya is so nice and helpful, definitely the best spot for thrifts in NYC. I will definitely be back.

I love consignment store shopping. On a recent trip to New York (the week of October 2) a friend recommended this shop to me. From the moment my friend and I walked in, the owner Tonya greeted us with a smile and explained how items are arranged in the store. She was so helpful and She has a great selection of high end designer clothes , shoes and bags as well as mid tier designer items and some many vintage pieces. You have to give yourself time to shop here. Everything is well organized and the place is full of treasures. I bought a snakeskin evening bag, a pair of boots and a beautiful animal print sweater by All Saints .I wore the sweater to dinner the same night and received sooo many complements. I love this shop!!!! And I’m so glad to have found it . Will definitely visit again when I’m back in the city. Do yourself a favor and make plans to experience this large and beautiful shop of great items !

Horrible experience. Very rude woman who I perceive is the owner. When I asked how much a designer set was (already thinking 7k is a lot for a consignment store) she barked back that it was actually 9k (and was wrong). No offense but you should actually just post that to 1stDibs as you referenced you found your comp at. No thank you to this shop.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent consignment experience at the store, and I strongly advise against choosing this store if you're looking for a pleasant, efficient, and timely consignment process.Normally, I consign my clothes with reputable establishments like L Train, Buffalo Exchange, or online platforms such as The RealReal. However, since this store is conveniently located in my neighborhood, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, unlike other thrift stores where you receive a quote within 1-2 hours, the staff at this store informed me that the turnaround time would be over two weeks. Despite my upcoming vacation, I reluctantly agreed to the extended timeframe. After waiting for 16 days, I finally received the quote and accepted the offer provided by the store. However, to my dismay, I never received the payment even after providing my Zelle information. When I personally approached the store staff, I discovered that they had carelessly sent the payment to the wrong email address without carefully reading my email. I requested to collect whatever items were remaining, and I was informed that I needed to send another email to request a pickup, which would take a few more days. This whole process left me utterly perplexed by the lack of efficiency. On the day of the scheduled pickup, I was informed that the store was unable to locate my items based on the receipt number or my name. They asked me to recall whatever items were left in the bag, but unfortunately, I couldn't do so as I had brought two large Fresh Direct bags to the store and hadn't kept a detailed record of everything inside. Ultimately, I had to engage in a heated argument with the store staff, but they were unable to retrieve the remaining items. I found their behavior to be rude and unprofessional. Instead of saving time and effort by consigning at this store in my neighborhood, it turned out to be a time-consuming and energy-draining experience.Based on my encounter, I strongly advise avoiding this particular store for consignment purposes. I would recommend sticking to other reputable thrift stores in the Chelsea area that offer better service and professionalism.

First of all, this shop is impeccably organized and so neat and clean that you can practically eat off the floor:) This consignment/thrift store has high (and I mean high) end clothing for everyone’s style and taste. The merchandise is is in top condition and I was hard pressed to distinguish a lot of it from brand new. And the prices are uncommonly low (even for a thrift shop) given the great condition of the items. Also, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that the customer service is outstanding. Tanya, the proprietor, is a gracious and beautiful woman who is friendly and engaging. Also, the young woman on the sales floor who helped me was very attentive and helpful. I’m definitely going back for more gear and I’ll tell my friends. If you’re reading this…what are you waiting for? get down there!! I’m so happy I found this place…thanks to google.

The store is divided into 3 sections: under $15, mid-tier designer (up to about $200, I think?) and then more expensive designer. I don't know much about expensive clothes and mostly was in the $15 section. They have a good varied selection of clothes, and the clothes are pretty in season. Also quite a few cheep shoes that were cute. When I went to check out, I realized I was a couple dollars short ($13 instead of $15) but the woman at the counter was very kind and immediately said $13 would be okay. Very good vibe as well, all very chill and I think it's a small family owned business. Would definitely come back if I lived nearby.

What a wonderful shopping experience I had at Park Central resale. I had gone to numerous other shops with no success but as soon as I walked into this store I found 5 pieces that I was ecstatic over. It being my birthday, I bought them all!! The salesperson Tanya was so helpful without being overbearing and turned out to be the owner.I cannot stand perfumes, cleaners or musty clothing so I couldn’t believe how clean everything was. The clothes were so fresh without any horrible laundry or old perfume smell on them.I give this thrift/resale shop a solid 10/10. You can see by the photos how ecstatic I was. I ran out onto the street and had my husband do photos of my new pieces!!!

This smaller store is very well organized and had a great selection of items. Best of all was the lady running the shop! She was friendly and helpful, but let me browse freely. Would definitely return!

This was one of the best thrift stores I've ever visited! We were immediately greeted by lovely woman who provided us with a tour of the store. It was so well organized and had some great and educational posters on the walls about the accumulation of clothes in landfills all over the world. It is really worth a visit!

Went in looking for a 70s outfit for a party I had to attend in less than 24 hours. Tanya and Audre were super helpful! I left with blue bell bottom pants that really put my 70s look together. Tanya is intuitive and very knowledgeable about fashion. And the store smells amazing!

They have a lot of items here for resale but I just couldn't find anything. And believe me, I tried. I wanted to bring something home - They have lots of good items -whether it is a dress, a shirt or pants. It was fun to look and take a peek around - there are all kinds of price points for all kinds of tastes. Classics, avant-garde and funky all rolled into one place! So they were giving out champagne and that was nice but I didn't have any!
