Usually no issues withdrawing cash every week for the business and the tellers are kind. But the new hire has been making it difficult recently.

If you are going to keep the ATM lobby locked after hours so no one can make a deposit, why are you paying a security guard to sit there?

made a quick stop at chase bank in midtown to get a refill on business checks and now i can tell with a teller instead of a bank rep who always seems to be helping someone else .fairly average typical chase bank , atms in lobby. customer service area , tellers windows 1 thru 8. no one does banking in person anymore expect me as online banking is now the way to go but i prefer to deal with a human once in a while. will have my new checks in a few days and got to use a good amount of hand sanitizer as well. over a quick visit to chase bank in manhattan.

I was welcomed by professional and courteous staff whom efficiently opened my bank account despite my atypical situation. Paige was a helpful and friendly banker.

Totally understand why this branch review is horrible. Had an appt with Erica. She was late for the appointment more than 10min and was assigned to someone else. She did not handle the issue in a prompt and responsible way. Ended up going other branch after wasting 30+min in this branch.

THIS BRANCH HAS A VERY COURTEOUS STAFF ‼️ALWAYS TAKING THE TIME TO HELP CLARIFY AN ISSUE ‼️CONGRATULATIONS TO THE STAFF OF 33 Street and Park Ave ‼️BY THE WAY , TO YOU AT THE TOP MANAGEMENT AT HEAD QUARTERS , REMEMBER TO BE CHARITABLE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.JAMIE DIMON , HOW MUCH MORE MONEY DO YOU NEED TO SUPPORT A FAMILY ❓❓GIVING A MISERABLE 0.01 % INTEREST RATE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOWS UP SPECTACULARLY IN BIG LETTERS ON THE GREED SCALE ‼️

This branch should be closed and its employees fired. Absolutely worst customer experience. You can get nothing done at this branch. They eliminated two tellers and placed two machines and the other two tellers are rarely in service at the same time. There is always a long line. the tellers give attitude. the greater gave me attitude today because I requested to speak to a teller. They just do not want to work. Few months ago there were two bankers standing chatting while there was a long line of customers and when I requested help, they told me I have to stand in line.

Do NOT put your money into Chase Bank! This bank, even compared to Wells Fargo and BOA, is on another level of unethical behavior. I had thousands of dollars stolen from me and this bank had non-existent fraud protection as well as no coverage for the fraud whatsoever. And it was their fault I was compromised as they had information stolen from them. I spoke to many people higher up in the company who openly admit to their unethical business practices that they only care about their own interests and profits (even if they must use loopholes) than to look out for their customers. THIS BANK ABSOLUTELY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AT SOME POINT IN TIME. I was scammed and will never use this bank or any national bank again until the government actually puts together laws that prevent these scammers from using loopholes to profit off their customers.

I can't even begin to say how frustrated I am with my experience here. I had over $2k worth of cash stolen from my bank account which Chase created claims for. Due to their fraud department's utter sloppiness, they created multiple claims for the same transactions, and didn't know which claim numbers were right and which ones were wrong.

When I had the banker in this branch print out the affidavit form for what I was certain was the correct claim number and not the duplicate after getting that confirmation dozens of times, the fraud department told her that the duplicate claim was the correct one when I knew for a fact it wasn't. The banker refused to believe me, rolled her eyes at me and refused to get the affidavit for the correct claim number. Chase ended up denying my claims and at the same time I was met with this awful attitude which is the last thing I needed. I was treated absolutely horribly and I am done banking with Chase for good after this
