This used to be my go-to branch, however over the past year all of the experienced bankers left and have been replaced with very new, very unexperienced bankers and management. Taking my business somewhere else!

Very rude!There are many conversations regarding brokerage clients becoming undone while there account is being managed by a financial advisor. However, there was and instance when a clients file was transferred from a contra firm to a JP. Morgan brokerage account. Sadly, to say there were many discrepancies and errors when the account was finally settled into the new brokerage.Unfortunately, after many attempts to contact this advisor and complaints to the executive offices regarding this employee and his unprofessional behavior and possible attempt to sabotage our account. Lastly, four months go by and we finally received a phone call however, we were greeted by an angry financial advisor yelling and screaming regarding why we have complained! Mind you the problem still exist missing assets and the account value was not adjusted correctly.

Beware of this branch. The so called manager - David is an arrogant j*** that has no professionalism or people skills whatsoever. He refused to let me withdraw my money when it was approved by Chase. He told me I'd have to wait for my check in the mail and even told the chase representative on the phone to not give me my money and just mail it. David acts as an uneducated, unprofessional worthless, useless and very rude individual that lacks the skills and decency to be a manager, this person should get fired. I went to another Chase branch and got my funds. Do yourself a favor and don't utilize this branch so it can officially close. People like David don't deserve a job yet a team with that kind of behavior. He needs to be managed himself by someone else and retrained on ethics and common sense. Shame on David for trying to override and refuse to have a customer access their own money. Avoid this place unless you want to get bullied, discriminated (I'm Asian - by the way he looked and judged me from head to toe, he's a racist) and victimized by this so called manager David.

Do NOT put your money into Chase Bank! This bank, even compared to Wells Fargo and BOA, is on another level of unethical behavior. I had thousands of dollars stolen from me and this bank had non-existent fraud protection as well as no coverage for the fraud whatsoever. And it was their fault I was compromised as they had information stolen from them. I spoke to many people higher up in the company who openly admit to their unethical business practices that they only care about their own interests and profits (even if they must use loopholes) than to look out for their customers. THIS BANK ABSOLUTELY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AT SOME POINT IN TIME. I was scammed and will never use this bank or any national bank again until the government actually puts together laws that prevent these scammers from using loopholes to profit off their customers.
