I just had such an incredible experience at this location after coming from a horrible one at the Williamsburg location. Charelle was so kind, understood and patient with me I am thankful I came into this branch!

Terrible. Wish I got the tellers name. She chatted with her teller friend the whole time and didn’t properly give the increments I requested for. I literally wrote them down for her and she couldn’t follow it

Brian Wlazlowski should not be permitted to service private clients. I had to excuse myself with my wire transfer unfinished and take a cab to my regular Chase because Brian was so inappropriate. I let the manager know and she apologized. Very bizarre and unsettling experience in this branch.

DO NOT USE QUICK ACCEPT app. Complete joke. AND if you are sole proprietor the receipt will not show dba. So clients can’t get reimbursed.

Couldn't get all the money I needed out because they closed the inside doors at 4:55....it's w/e. Then they have ATM limits. Brand new machines but they are slow.

I have just experienced the worst customer service at this branch. I was on the verge of becoming a Private Chase client but I am seriously considering closing all my accounts. The teller and then one of the managers were rude to me - curt, abrupt and frustrated that I had queries with my account. They clearly just wanted their day to be over. Bad attitude, gentlemen!

Worst experience ever from chase they really don’t know what they’re doing at this location so unprofessional. I was going from citi bank to chase but I’ll stay with citi bank. I closed my account in less than a week that’s how bad it was.

Does not look good. Why is Chase Bank so quick to charge me extra fees but yet it's ok to have inadequate amount of staff during "Peak Hours" at 3:00pm. Unacceptable! Very disappointed for a multi-billion dollar company in the center if Manhattan. Seriously?

This bank is an absolute joke. Every time I go for help I get left waiting a minimum of 30 minutes, whether there are people infront of me waiting or not. I was there recently and Rosalie the bank manager walked by four of us waiting to be seen and proceeded to walk into her office and take a personal call from her friend about heading to the beach which was heard by all of us waiting. After my fourth visit to be seen and having to leave because each visit took over an hour overall and my issues were never solved I’m leaving this bank, I told them I would have to leave if they couldn’t help me get my banking online back up and running but they told me that they wished they had better news but for some unexplainable reason I would never be able to use banking online again and they wouldn’t open me a new account to help it

Excellent costumer service. Great staff. Quick. Welcoming. Usually has water for costumers waiting in line (as far as I know other Banks around don't have that which is highly needed in the NY heat).

Now, I may be biased because I've had numerous horrible experiences at Chase in many different branches, but customer service really sucks here. Wait times are long, people are rude, unprofessional, and have no idea what they are doing. Honestly, from all overall experience with Chase, it is much better to just not work with them at all, they don't care about their clients, regardless how loyal of a client you are.

I cannot express how greatful I am to Sveta and another woman who works here (short brown hair bangs - maybe the manager?) I was in a sensitive position and in a rush, and they went way above and beyond what I expected today. I was embarrassed with some of the issues I was having and they kindly and efficiently helped me resolved them all perfectly. I am so greatful to have had an experience like this and just wanted to give some recognition to these women. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Cashing a check at this bank, the bank my company draws from. But they can't tell me whether there will be an $8 or not until after it's cashed. Surprise, there is. Thanks.
