The teller would not let us deposit a check with her without a physical debit card. She refused. I think she was being lazy. I have done this in the past with drivers license. Lady gave me a really rude look too. We have banked with chase for years. That is unacceptable

Just making a general review of the bank not this specific location.I’ve been a long time client since the early 2000s. The way this bank treated me this year has been a complete disgrace. But that’s why you lost a very high valued client.

I hope bank tellers at this location will be more attentive to detail.It's second time I clearly labeled SAVINGS account on the form, but they performed operations with CHECKING account instead.

After being a loyal customer for chase for 6 years, they made a mistake and accidentally closed my account. I spent almost everyday on the phone with chase 4-5 hours a day for TWO weeks to try to reopen my acct. I went to the park ave midtown east branch and the teller did not help at all and told me there was nothing they could do. I finally had my last straw and went to this branch since it was open on a Saturday. Rene was the GOAT! She was so empathetic of the situation I was in, kept me updated with a quick phone call after the weekend which I heartily appreciated. And then a few days later my account was open again. I will only go back to her and this branch if I ever need anything again.

It used to be and nice, friendly branch but not anymore. I took my friend to this branch to open her business credit card. We waited for a while and when it went to our turn the customer service didn't want to service us. She didn't smile, she just asked for my friend information and after she put everything in the computer she said it is all set. We just stunned because as a business customer she should give my friend more information or give a suggestion on what is the next step. Only thing she did was say she couldn't answer any thing about my friend application.
