Catherine was so welcoming from the moment I saw her. She greeted me and made me feel welcomed to be there. The young lady near the teller window was also welcoming and friendly. The teller Samaira was friendly and approachable. She was attentive and diligent. I even told the security guard as I was leaving they were all great workers. I will try my best to frequent this location more often. Thank you Ladies great job!!!!

One of my three business partners(M, white), opened a business account and scheduled an appointment to add me, (a Hispanic immigrant woman), and our other partner, (F, white). The relationship Banker - whose name is Sam I at JP Morgan at 185 Greenwich St Ste Ll5107, New York, NY 10007 was incredibly rude, discriminatory and racist.Sam was determined to keep this process as difficult as possible after asking whether or not we were US citizens and finding out that I was not a US citizen. He responded by assuming I was not a green card holder, which would require a much more limited scope of documents to be added to the account - documents that I did not have on me. The worst part is that one of those cards, according to Chase's website, is a Marticula Consular Card, which he said I would have to have gotten from the Mexican consulate - assuming I was from Mexico. I am not. (For those of you who do not know, every foreign consulate in the U.S. issues these cards). He refused to let me explain that I was in fact a green card holder, which would permit me to use the documents I brought in order to be added to the account. His response was "are we here to add you to the account or are we here to argue."Following this, he added my business parter (F, white) to the account after seeing her state-issued ID and proof of address (two documents I also had with me). Within 10 minutes, my business partner was added to the account. At this point, we explained to Sam once more that as a green card holder and that Chase Bank policy therefore allows me to be added to the account using the documents I brought. Again he pushed back and didn't believe us even after we showed him the policy straight from Chase's website. After more back and forth, he finally accepted that I was a green card holder and as per Chase's policy, allowed to use the documents I brought with me, but the discrimination only worsened from there.Unlike my (F, white) business partner he required us to show him proof that I was in fact a part of the business and allowed to be added to the account. Once he had my documentation and our corporate documents, he further questioned the authority of me to be added to the account despite the fact that it is specified in our operating agreement and all three members (who are also managers of the LLC) were present at this meeting, and I am the CEO and founder. He insisted on triple checking with someone from Chase over the phone and misstated the issue at hand - I had to remind him twice to explain to the person on the phone that I am a green card holder before he relayed that information to the person on the phone. It wasn't until that person on the phone gave him the green light to let me be added to the account did he accept that I was eligible to be added. I'd like to reiterate that my white partner, (F, woman), was added to the account after showing her state-issued ID and proof of address. That is it. He wouldn't have even let me be added to the account if we didn't repeatedly insist that he was not abiding by Chase's policies. The cherry on top of the cake was that he asked me which country I was from to make sure I wasn't from an OFAC country - despite the fact that I am a green card holding permanent resident of the U.S. who has been banking with chase for over 10 years, which again, he refused to even look up to confirm. He gave my business partner (F, white) a folder with all the information about getting her added to the account. Guess who left without a folder with said information because he did not provide it! Yup me!!!! (F, hispanic, immigrant).Because I just felt so uncomfortable it got so intense that I grabbed my phone and voice recorded the entire situation, I look forward to uploading to social mediaAll in all, it took over an hour and a half to add me and it took 10 minutes to add my (F, white) business partner

Chase gives more money to the fossil fuel industry than any other bank in the world. Let's fight climate change and take our money out of Chase!#stopthemoneypipeline

All around pleasant experience at this Chase branch. I was greeted at entrance by Kathy who was extremely helpful and takes customer service seriously. Kathy set me up with Keith to resolve my account issues quickly. I’ve been a Chase customer for over 10 years and it’s because of employees like Kathy and Keith. ?

It's unfortunate to be hung up on and talked down to by someone when you're seeking more information and help. I understand not getting what I want, but if information I'm receiving from one person differs from info I receive from another, that's an issue. So, customer service skills training for Taylor in the Credit Bureau Reporting department is highly recommended. Maybe don't sound like a pretentious, condescending j*** then hang up on customers.

#ChaseBank worst bank ever. Tired of wasting time and money on a bank that employs people that don't know how to complete a simple task or provide basic customer service. Thank you Scott Kickham, Tom Bolland, and Ruben Arce for wasting my time. #CHASE sucks

It was twenty minutes before closing, I walked into Chase on Monday just to get some information about opening a new personal checking account. The staff was both professional and courteous. No one was in a hurry or withdrawn. Mayuran introduced me to Anthony who gave me an overview of their current products/services, the account opening process, and required documentation. I came in the next day and opened my account in just 30 minutes. Thank you Mayuran and Anthony for taking the time to put your customers first!

This is the WORST bank to date! I opened a simple checking account last week, put money in it, then just received my DEBIT card today. I called to activate it and they tell me they canceled my account completely!! They wouldn't even give me a reason why! This bank is so messed up because they told me to go ahead and stop using other bank and transfer direct deposit to them instead so NOW I have to wait to get a cashiers check from chase with the money I had in account annnnd set up a bank account with another bank ALL OVER AGAIN!
