I give this bank zero stars. this review is specifically for a small Asian lady who usually works the teller window. I come to this back almost every very other day because of my job I have to make change. All of my coworkers have complained to me about going to this back because of the Asian lady and how she is very prejudice against people of color. I am African American and I've noticed that very time I walk in there this teller always denies me or anyone else that's black service. Today I walked in and she told me her window was closed and for me to go away in a very harsh and rude way. so I dec to go back on line but then a Hispanic man walked right up to her window and was able to make change and service him on the spot. I try not to look at everything from a race stand point but I personally recommen, if you are going to this bank DO NOT GO TO THE SMALL ASIAN LADY IN THE TELLER BOOTH. She is rude and denies service to anyone with a darker complexion.

The people are nice the managers constantly are changing and they are poorly trained. Corporate is even worse. I deposited a check to my mother which I have POA on her account not only did they not cash the check they closed my account without notifying me. Months later I find out they did cash the check after the issuer sent me a copy of it. They finally admitted that they were holding onto my money after claiming that they never cashed it .it took me months of calling to finally get the money that was rightfully belonging to me . No interest was paid. I could go on with other incompetence but let's just leave it at this chase is the worst banking institution I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with many. I will never do business with them again.

Sloppy business. Everyone is nice though. Employees forget appointments. They don't follow up when they say they will. And they don't see things through. Waste of time very annoying experience there. Never again. Chase in general just sucks. This has been a fact for years and I regret considering otherwise.

I went there without an appointment and they attend to me right away. The staff was professional courtesy and knowledgeable. I was able to apply for loan. Thank you all for your quick response in attending to my needs. NG

I Love this chase location it's never crowded with long lines here they take care of you right away here a chase representative will come tomypu right away and ask if you need assistance with anything plus the subway I usually take is right across the street there are lots of places to shop and places to eat all around here freedom tower & the 912 memorial park is just down the block everything I want or need is all close by to this chase location which makes it super convenient for me

came here 214 Broadway NY NY location in front of Fulton Street by the subway JMZ, 23,456. it's Quite Big Here. line went very Quickly I didn't wait for Long line. it's less than 3min. Happily came here, there's enough Envelopes and pens. Highly recommended.

Can be slow at times but people are professional and will try to help you. I don't like the way banks are structured in terms of the branch manager having significantly more power than most of the bank tellers, but that's not something that can be changed overnight. Convenient location, but it's just another Chase Bank.

I just want to say there is a man named Joe he's the assistant manager and was incredibly helpful and sincere when handling my bfs account. I can also speak highly of sandy, zack, and The branch manager Silvia.... when we had to make appointments during this insanity and pandemic. Very adequate and sweet helpful through all the stressful situations going on. Be nice to them, give them a raise too lol but seriously CHASE. Such a relief -love DMH

I generally find banking here fine, the tellers who have been here for a while are pleasant and professional. They know me by face and we exchange smiles and a friendly remark. But every so often, as in my last visit, a new employee comes in and just doesn't get it. Offensively 'friendly' and in your face, she was trying to pressure me into answering her intrusive questions about whatever religion or nationality she just assumed I belonged to. She pasted on a wide insincere smile that did not in any way make her aggressive 'friendliness' seem either professional or courteous. I left the bank feeling uncomfortable and wondering why any company would consider this brand of behavior 'customer service'.
