This location terrorizes clients with unsolicited pop music while you wait to do simple tasks like take out cash or speak to a representative.

I come here often deposit checks as I work across the street. The bank is located a few steps away from a park, Whole Foods, and the R/W train stop. They have ATMs and tellers available. There is almost always a homeless person or a group of people hanging out in the lobby even though they have security. They usually have three tellers available and the lines are not long but they do take forever with each transaction because most of the time they are talking among themselves.

I came in to get change, the older lady at the teller wasn't customer friendly at all! I wouldn't recommend this bank, I see why they have a 3.5 review out of 5. When I left I even said happy holidays, but she just looked miserable. If the bank manager is actually paying attention to the reviews, then you will understand.

Went in here to conduct some business. The staff inside were respectable and polite to me. The place is very quiet just like business because of Covid. The place was also pretty clean with the exception of the area outside bu TV Chase cannot help what people do on the outside of their business.

I love chase bank. The management in this branch is far from the norm. I’m also annoyed there is no calendar on the desk. It should be a staple on any bank desk. Stop giving away pens and buy a calendar.

Felix was more interested in pushing me to open a bank account than helping me with the reason why I came to Chase. Not a pleasant experience. I would go to other Chase in future. It is a shame as space is nice and front desk personnel was professional, personable, and considerate.

had the worst experience from any bank in a very long time here. was waiting in line to just have them print out a direct deposit sheet with just one man sitting down behind me with the other man talking to the lady at the help desk about some inherited wealth bollocks. must have said some things about, oh I've never cashed a check this big before but last time I did it like this so next time I'll do it like that, as she persisted with him on how to handle the situation and clearly saw me standing to the side with never indicating to me that there was someone else waiting. instead of establishing the right of way for the person ahead of me she let me just stand there and listen to her explanations on how to handle thousand dollar checks and watching through her peripherals my anxiety grow with each moment. when the goodbyes are said and he approached the door and I approach the desk, now say 4 or 5 minutes since i entered, I finally get acknowledged that not only am I here but someone else was here before me, the schmuck who just stayed sitting down behind me not informing me like the lady could have, that wait a second there's a line, of sorts. nobody likes waiting but nobody likes waiting without knowledge of information that could quell the angst of listening to white people just talk about money when your transaction was over and it was just consuming extra time. soon after this happened I went to the location on 23rd and 6th ave and was alleviated to be surrounded by not only the nicest staff I've seen at any chase bank but I was also acknowledged immediately as I entered the store. moving forward, refer to the photos below as to be able to tell which type of people to avoid at chase.

Decent bank, alright size and a couple ATMs that's clean and easy to use. The service is fine here and it's a pretty convenient spot with bus stops and subway stations at walking distance.

The worst experience I had with chase bank. the banker called Lake asked me to come back the next day, then when I did, he was neither late or just too busy. And surprisingly another banker just sitting there with a empty desk who also claimed he was "busy". Whoa, I really wish u guys do good in business

This is actually a terrific Chase. With a plethora of working ATMs and a well informed, intelligent, and very human staff, I had a really great experience at a bank, surprisingly.
