Worked with Katy. She was wonderful. Stayed with me until after the banks closing hours, was professional the entire way through, and made me feel like I was her personal client. Her son was waiting very patiently for her to finish work, but she stayed with me until my needs were met. Thank you Katy. Building is also very very well air conditioned and hours are what are posted. They close at 3. Probably best to make an appointment.

Just very pleasant counter service when I need to get change or some smaller bills in bulk.Many private offices and it looked like they were in use.Easy access ATM's and overall a convenient location near NYU.Very nice counter person I interacted with today.

Went in here on Sunday to do some business. The outside area leaves a little to be desired with all the homeless around. Inside the atm area it was freezing there could have been more heat in there. The area inside the atm area is kind of dirty and could use a good cleaning.

I scheduled an appointment with Andrew Michael to open a business account. I showed up the next day and he wasn’t there. I didn’t receive any email about the cancellation. Unprofessional banker.Lakshmi who works there helped me find another banker at a branch nearby. She is nice.

Awful customer service from a lady called Jennifer. I have a business account at Chase and wanted to open an account but the lady told me I should go back to my Chase bank on Wallstreet. Good job you lost a customer with two businesses.

Badly managed. If you try to call you get a message that no one can help and not opportunity to leave a message for them. Unprofessional to say the least.

This branch is badly managed. No one ever answers the phone. When you call you get a message saying everyone is busy and to call later. And there is no way to leave a message for them. Their phone is never answered. This branch used to be a good one. But no more.

When I am there, they are friendly and respectful, but trying to get them on the phone to make an appointment is impossible. What bank has a message that no one is available and that you need to call back later.... that they use for a few hours at a time?!! No hold mechanism, no message to be left, etc.

Terrible customer service. Glad to know I'm not the only one that feels this way. Second time I've gone in for change with the same teller--both times she was rude. All I said was "$70 in 1's" before being rudely cut off with "uh no, enter your card". Disappointing.

My personal branch. Very slow to respond to requests, very bad at picking up the phone, when they do spoke to 'Irene'. Poor phone manor. Got transferred to business banking man named 'Victor'. Half way through my conversation he had to go. When i told him i wanted to be transferred to another business banker at the branch he transferred me to telephone banking. Incredibly unprofessional. I will not be depositing the 250k business check on Chase, i will be going elsewhere.
