I’ve been coming here for years and years and YEARS! I’ve never once had an issue… until this past weekend when I dealt with banker Grace A. Due to her mistreatment, I will not be returning to this branch and I encourage others to at the very least, stay away from her!

Wow! “Lady” my “personal banker” called to let me my SAVINGS account was now marked dormant because I’m just saving money in it !!!! Then she told me ALL the problems I’ve been having was because I didn’t call her!!!! Then she refused to let me talk to her supervisor. I have had problem after problem with Chase and they don’t really don’t care and no desire to correct them.

I went there for notary services as a Chase client. They said they could not notarize my documents despite seeing all the originals and the copies and my ID. They said it was because of some ridiculous reason that seemed really suspicious. They said there needed to be writing on it, saying they are true copies of the original, and I asked them to do it, you know because they are supposed to provide notary services. But the woman, who I think was a banker refused to do so. So I had to go to a private notary and spend a lot of money getting it done when I had those services available to me as a Chase clients. Utterly awful client services.

Bank opens at 8am. Yesterday at 8:20am there was no Teller... Today, at 8:30am there was no account rep. Walk the extra 2 blocks and go to another branch. This location has staffing issues.

The tellers were sweet, but the gentleman I worked with at the customer service desk was very curt and unhelpful when I inquired about why I had not received the bonus for opening an account and setting up direct deposit.

ATMs okay, tellers counter queue depends on what time do you make the visits. But the cubic seat banker service is really inefficient.

Do NOT put your money into Chase Bank! This bank, even compared to Wells Fargo and BOA, is on another level of unethical behavior. I had thousands of dollars stolen from me and this bank had non-existent fraud protection as well as no coverage for the fraud whatsoever. And it was their fault I was compromised as they had information stolen from them. I spoke to many people higher up in the company who openly admit to their unethical business practices that they only care about their own interests and profits (even if they must use loopholes) than to look out for their customers. THIS BANK ABSOLUTELY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AT SOME POINT IN TIME. I was scammed and will never use this bank or any national bank again until the government actually puts together laws that prevent these scammers from using loopholes to profit off their customers.

ALOHA! I had to look for a notary public in NYC, after being rejected by 2 banks, because I dont have US bank account they did not help me, until Chase told me, they could help me with notarizing my signature. Thank you very much - Mr. George Polanco! You saved me! Kristyna
