Very rude and bad customer service, they cancel my check and do not explain to me. I did try to get a justification and they where so rude. Also they want to charge $10 just to get my money!. Unbelievable

This is my ATM machine experience I used outside ATM and it went everything very well. The machine will provide a receipt upon request. In front of M7 and M14A bus.

Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had at a bank 2x - have had positive experiences at others but this one is absolutely dreadful - employees are very slow and unhelpful

I just wanted to thank Venet for his outstanding customer service. Chase as a corporation can be bureaucratic and slow to navigate, but Venet has always gone out of his way to process things quickly and smoothly. He would proactively reach out to send me updates or advice, which was always much appreciated.

Teller wait-time around noon is ridiculous. Long line, lately just one harried teller on duty. Asked a manager why this is--he just shrugged and said "Sorry."

I called to see a notary. She is here 1hour only!I arrived on time with another 15min to spare but they said no! At first the front desk even said « she's here tomorrow » but that wasn't true. Then i was told "She's busy", they must have thought I came here for the fun of it...I was told to come in that time frame. What am I suppose to do differently?! I came all the way here for nothing.Who ever is at the phone and at the door is useless, if you do not care to give the right infos to customer please change your role!

This is a terrible bank. The tellers are nice but the people who work on legal/investment banking are just awful. They leave you too wait for appointments and then say they are too busy to see you. They make mistakes on banking procedure which causes repetition of the same procedures over and over. if I had a bank to use that was convenient I would have left ages ago. I will now switch to another bank even though it will mean traveling much out of may way. The bank will lose 4 different accounts as a result of their incompetence and disregard
