This Bank is the worst . I say this because my 85 year old mom who is a loyal customer of Chase Bank went there to make a transaction and my mom stands about 4’10- 4’11. So to the average person that is quite short to be able to reach the teller. I happen to be on my cell phone on a call when I looked and realized she was TIP TOEING struggling trying to speak to the teller (Hispanic female) to do her transaction. The teller clearly saw she was struggling and did not offer my mom the shorter teller booth. I was appalled. One thing I am against is someone not giving the elderly the proper extra care that they may nee d when that’s their job. I had to tell the teller “why wouldn’t you have my mom move to a lower booth so my mom can teach and see what’s goin on”?All the tell said was she wasn’t signed in on that other computer and that her transaction would be quick . She then commence to continue the transaction with my mom , which took longer than she said and then put up her “this window closed next teller please” once she was finished with my mom. . And my mom 85-year-old , is African American in a predominantly “Hispanic neighborhood” I had to add that, because that’s what I felt and saw. My mom will NOT be visiting this Branch Again unless develop better service.

Chase were great for many years. But now when you do not have a personal banker and they close many locations, it is litlle downer.

Lines are usually long and it’s always a thousand degrees in there. Only one ATM for the building. The staff is friendly at least.

A non-profit organization I'm involved with uses this bank, and both the interactions I've had at this branch have been terrible. They take so long to accomplish anything, the systems are often down, and we have not been able to completely conclude all the business we've needed to.

Chanel was very help full, calm and respectful. She found my lost credit card and she called me to inform that.They were very welcome at the door too.

Chase did not advise customers that this branch is being temporarily closed. Very uncomfortable for safe deposit box customers. Will terminate the safe deposit box immediately.

Most unprofessional people ever. I had a phone appointment with a Esthefany Morillo at 2PM and it was 4:30 PM and I had not heard anything from them. After calling her phone about 10 times somebody picked up and said "she could not take my call because she was busy and would call me back within a few minutes" I have things to do and I also have to work. 6 years of banking with Chase just to have my time continuously disrespected, would give them 0 starts if I could. This is unacceptable.
