Manager asked one of my employees to endorse a commercial check, I spoke to her regarding the issue and tried to explain to her that the check is being deposited in a business account and that nobody other than me can endorse the check. Without hesitations she insisted that the check needed to be endorsed to be deposited, which is illegal!!!Please do your research before advising.

They need to just get rid of this bank. It was 2 people in there. The black lady looked at me when I came in and put her head down. So I said "hello". THENNNN... she greeted me. Smh she has her manners all wrong. So I tried to cash a check and all they could say was contact the person who gave it to you. They were literally no help at all. I call the person said it's no problem on their end. I had to go alllll the way to another Chase bank where I cashed my check without any problems. And they all greeted me nicely when I went in.

Had banking issues with Chase that could not be addressed by phone after 90 minutes being switched from agent to agent. Had to go into this local branch and Christina and her team were very helpful and patient while they were on the phone with the banks representatives, almost a full hour. The issue was resolved.

Jacqueline Wilson. I went in with a problem and left out with a smile on my face. Dealing with Jacqueline Wilson was probably the best customer service experience that I've ever had. She was extremely patient and polite. Thank you Ms. Wilson.

I was at the this branch atm at 615am on Thursday October 17, 2017. I tried to withdrawal funds from a card. I put in my pin code. I put in amount that I needed to withdrawal and atm didn't dispense my available funds but charge my card! I went back to speak to the branch manager to explain situation. He didn't have no empathy on what happen to me and wasn't attentive on my situation. He didn't even apologize for the error made by the atm machine. I will not be coming to this particular chase because of the way I was treated this morning! I suggest for anybody not to go to this particular branch because of the manager on duty is not polite and has no empathy.

Open 2 accounts with my friends and all my friends money was deposited into mine. My other two friends go get their account there get similar problem. May have a problem with internal control. But staff is courteous.

This Chase location has great employees. Every time I go, I am greeted and I never have to wait for more than a couple minutes to get help. The employees are so friendly, take time to help you understand your options, and keep you informed. I love chase and this location!!
