The worse customer service ever!! Slow, rude, they don’t care even when i closed accounts, they just don’t care…especially the woman in the front supposedly greeting…. if you have a choice, stay away.

Racistssss work at this bank. My bf tried to withdraw money out of his account because he lost his debit card and the teller told him he could not, even with his ID and account information. He went outside and called chase from his phone to ask if he could do the same and the lady said absolutely, there should be no issue. He went back in Chase with the woman on the phone and suddenly the teller got the manager, who started singing a much different tune. Something about needing two forms of ID, which they never asked for in the first place (bc he obviously has that).Why do you have people racial profiling customers in the middle of Harlem.... Absolutely disgusting.

This branch was my favorite for a long time but I don’t like it anymore because of the lady who I think she is the supervisor of this branch. She is very rude and doesn’t want to help the customer.She is always angry for no reason.

These crooks stole $200 from me. I requested an investigation of the security cameras. They tried to sabotage the investigation, but I was helped by a branch in Marietta, GA and the good people at the 125th Street branch. I will never step foot in there again!

I come here every month to withdraw cash for rent at the counter. Service has always been quick and the staff were very polite. Was surprised by the low rating; perhaps service wasn't as pleasant before I've moved here 3 months ago. If that's the case, it's gotten a lot better.

This is my first review, I never write them because I always try to be understanding as I work in customer service myself. But with this one I just can’t. Please, avoid this branch at all cost. Unless you want to waste your time and energy.I had a few simple questions about opening a credit card, they put me on the wait list as I came in and I waited for 2 hours to be seen by a teller. I am not being dramatic or exaggerating. You might ask why didn’t you leave,the answer is because I already waisted all this time and was thinking well, how much longer can it possibly be? As it turned out more than two hours. There is only one person working in a cubicle who introduced himself as a manager. When he finally saw me, 2 minutes in our conversation someone called him, he got up and disappeared for another 15 minutes. When he came back he said it was his boss and he had to take the call. At this point I was done with them. He tried to explain that they are understaffed and blah and blah. I told him that he should hire more people, no one should be waiting for a service at the bank for more that 2 hours on a Monday. So I just got up and left. What a waste of my time!

Chase- should be renamed Run! I had(have?!) a checking account with them that they refuse to close. I've stopped by their branch 3 times(I'm sitting here now,) and every time they've assured me it's been closed, but come the end of the month, surprise! Another $12 maintenance fee, another visit to the bank to waste time. I'm three hours deep at this point. Chase does not value its client's time. With a bank on every street corner, it's hard to do worse than Chase. Run! to Bank of America.
