Close and lock their atms at 10 on Saturday night . This bank thinks nothing of its customers. Not there when you need them. Same w the branch at 79 and Broadway. Just thoughtless policies not in line w client needs. They only care about themselves

I recently had to notarize a closing on a property and I asked Chase bank for appointment, I met up with Ali Yildirim (Vice President) chase bank on Broadway and 72. who patiently took care of every little detail of the transaction and notarize it. I am so grateful for such a outstanding service that was provided by him and his staff. It is very rare these days to see such service beyond expectations.This location has the best staff! They’ve helped me navigate some tough situations, and helped me after-hours with a smile on their face. I feel like a valued customer and always feel like everyone at this location genuinely cares.

I went to Chase for help with a claim I had filed & was assigned to speak with Yury Ortigoza. She was very unhelpful, she laughed at me while I was explaining to her what my claim was about when nothing was funny. Refused to print and fax documents to be sent to the claims department, that would help with my claim/dispute, she told me to go to Staples instead. Would not recommend, she did not help at all… was very rude.

I was there just 10 minutes ago, I was having difficulties in understanding what the teller was saying (2nd counter from the left), her voice wasn’t too clear and she was very rude in repeating instructions (in that she kept saying the same thing ?) - really bad experience and I wish I had gone to another counter.

I have tried repeatedly to call a branch here in NYC to see if they have a notary… the call never goes thru. No one answers and then it hangs up. Rotten customer service.

My experience with Chase has been completely negative since I discovered that they continue to invest heavily in destructive fossil fuels that are wreaking havoc with our climate. Chase has been setting us on fire and needs to stop.

I wasn’t a very big fan of Chase bank before today. The banker I met with today (Burak) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in his assistance of me closing and opening a new account. Even though the bank was closing for the day, he helped me open a new account and worked through linking it on my online banking. Very impressed. I had a very unfavorable view of chase before this gentleman helped me and now I’m inclined to say this was one of the best banking experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you
