I didn't want to do this review. But it's needed! All of employees are complaining about one of your employee name Janine. Her attitude and approach is very nasty and very unprofessional! The females that come in to do a cash deposit said she doesn't smile, she refuses to take them, and today she cursed at one of my employees for just looking at her. That is unacceptable! I have been hearing this for awhile now from a lot of my employees! Please speak to her, I don't want her anywhere near my employees! Or someone can contact me please I won't stop until the problem is resolve!

Their wonderful bank manager Maria went out of her way to help me. I was confused about a new estate account I had to open and she helped me step by stop, making sure.I understood everything clearly because it was all so new to me. She helped me with an IRS form and was always available through the process. I worked with Chavi in actually opening the account and she as well was so helpful, kind and caring to be sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this branch, they are willing to go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable with whatever must be done.

I set up a business checking account with "Customer Service". Couple months later I get a message my account is closed for verification issues. After hours on the phone they admit that they entered the wrong last name... And they can't help me once they close an account but would be happy to help me open another one. The branch manager would not respond to email nor take any more calls they send me to an escalation department for more time wasting. I found thier refusal to write an email apology or admit what happened in writing very telling. Already at wits end with chase and international banking is, this event literally stopped my online business... All these chase bank locations mean they they are more sales than customer service. Check around for interest rates. Or consider something like Sofi a new online bank with no fees.

BEWARE CHASE THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY, MAKE SURE IT IS ALL IN WRITING, BEWARE THE PHONE CALL.I tried to refinance my house with Chase for several reasons, debt consolidation and the other one was to fix the house up. Chase found something that upset them so they called me up, told me to have the area inspected and they would accept the results, I had it inspected and sent the inspection results in, the inspector found nothing wrong - my well water stained the facilities and this upset Mr. Perla the Chase representative. Over the phone Mr. Perla told me that they did not accept the inspectors results and they canceled my application. The residence does need work but as a result of Chase's appraisal I would still have over $100k in equity (they could get their money back), in addition my payment history and current financial position had improved. I no longer had to cover my girlfriends medical (Medicare) and assist her (Social Security). All I needed to do was to lose my credit card debt, which included a roof, sliding glass doors, deck repairs and a decade of my girlfriends medical / expenses.I complained to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and Chase told them that I had withdrawn my application (I had not), they implied that the inspection was my idea (it was theirs). Chase had lied to me about accepting the inspectors results and apparently did not follow up their email requesting to contact the inspector (I had discussed the water issue the inspector and he told me that the water was a bit acidic and had iron in it - but the facilities were old but fine).I checked my application online, there was no "declaration of denial", no documentation as to why they canceled my application. Chase's telling the CFPB was a lie to the government, there was no way I was going to cancel my application as with this move I would lose my debt, get an extra $3000 a month to be able to address the issues Mr. Perla had whined about. When Mr. Perla's office went to the phone and started with the whine, I thought Catch 22, they were going to force me to spend and never be satisfied till I "withdrew", when I did not, they lied. The question is why? Why the lie? If Chase was going to deny my application, what was the reason? Why did they tell the CFPB that I withdrawn my application?Corporate just repeated the lie in response to my BBB complaint and they fail to respond directly about their lies. So watch out when they go to the phone, they cannot be trusted, if they cannot create a catch 22 scenario where you spend to comply they will lie.To add insult to injury Chase keeps sending me notices that I have around $200K in equity, all I wanted was $40K to lose my debt.

A wonderful branch to visit. Mr. Chu Chen helped my mother and I find documents from almost two decades ago for closing of our condo near Lincoln Center. Many thanks to Chu and his colleagues at the branch for helping us to close in time. They found the document within only few days! We could not have closed on time without his help. Definitely recommend this branch. Thank you so much!

Convenient location but my encounter with a bank teller was not pleasant. They showed no appreciation for my business and did not respond when I greeted them and asked how they were doing before making my request in an effort to be polite. It’s no wonder there are more machines than tellers now.

Can't use this location anymore. There's a homeless man living in the atm room. He's there all the time. Ive seen him scratching his dead skin over the check/deposit counter. It's really gross. If you go in there, don't use that table.

Attempted to take care of some business work today. For the third time in recent memory, I was set up with an associate named Janet at this branch. She was available with no customers and I entered her cubicle with a colleague of mine. Although she just told the Chase greeter that she was available, as soon as I turned the corner and came into view, she suddenly was busy and insisted she couldn't possibly attend to our request. I noted that this is my third visit this year where she has refused service and her immediate, rude reply was "I don't know who you people are" although I had my ID and Platinum Checking card in my hand. She made no effort to find out, or assist in anyway, just get rid of us. She ran to get a manager named Richard who she deposited in front of us, before leaving. I explained the situation to him. I noted that this is the third time I have been refused service at this branch by Janet and he seemed completely unfazed--perhaps this is normal for Chase? He told us they provide service to customers as a courtesy...which I would believe IF they even provided any service. I noted that I felt discriminated against and he just completely ignored it, (no acknowledgement, no apology) saying that I should come another time and meet with a different banker. I spoke directly with three people this visit, for a simple transaction (which executed elsewhere by people who don't profile their customers today, took a total of under five minutes), yet none of the many employees milling around this Chase branch did anything aside from belittle and deflect. Very disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism, leadership, and customer commitment, but at the same time, am unfortunately not surprised. Chase corporate has been informed of these repeated incidents and I was told Chase would respond. UPDATE #1: Chase phoned a day later, not to apologize, but to argue with me, and relay that my accounts differ from what Richard, the bank manager (who did not witness the interaction, the one who was complicit in the discriminatory behavior and told us to leave) reported to the bank. Of course the accounts differ...I was there, with my colleague, being profiled, and Richard did not witness it! I may get a "generic" letter (if approved) in 24-48 hours which will have no specifics of the incident. Again, I will update if they respond.

I've always found this bank to be pleasant and people helpful but recently I was disappointed in their service when I had to get a medallion guaranteed signature. The first person I consulted didn't give me sketchy information on what was needed, the second person I consulted after getting more information went over and over the papers I provided, consulted with the legal department and finally determined that the papers I had were inadequate. It was altogether frustrating, it took too much time and after the second try I left without what I needed. There was not enough effort made to help me get the guaranteed signature I needed. I am a long time client at Chase with two accounts and a credit card, I am disappointed.

I popped into this branch of Chase Bank on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. I was with a friend who needed to withdraw some money, and I was delighted to see inside a bank other than my own. As it was a Sunday, I really only experienced the ATM portion, but it seemed lovely. The ATMs were well-spaced, the room was clean, and there were lovely blockers between the machines, so you can't be seen stuffing hundreds of dollars into your pockets. I'm not sure there's a whole lot else to say. My friend was able to get her money quickly, and the room felt secure (it required a card swipe to enter). I've considered switching from TD to Chase because Chase has prettier colors and a better design scheme, but I can't justify the fees...

Chase is not noted for customer service, and this branch fits the pattern. Good for ATM only. Had a simple document request that branch manager turned into a bureaucratic hassle. Fortunately, there was a helpful and less bureaucratic TD Bank nearby.
