Angie is hands down the best client facing person I've dealt with in my entire life. She goes above and beyond on anything and everything, does what she says she's going to do, at exactly the right time. And she's the sweetest person ever. All of this is an understatement. I love this chase location it's literally so ideal because it's like 10 second away from where i work so i can just walk there during my break to deposit money and be back in 2 min.

The staff here are super friendly, and not in a phony-baloney way at all - they genuinely care.When you’re a regular, they remember your name!I’ve seen them deal with/endure some REALLY cranky people (lots of mean senior citizens in the neighborhood) with smiles and a LOT of grace. Friday (6-14-19). I entered this location and I approached the teller Janyl Ramirez. Ms. Janyl Ramirez started counting the money manually two to three times in front of me. After 7 to 10 minutes, I asked her if the machines were slow? She replied "No. I am slow". I have been a chase customer for over 15 years. This has to be the worst customer service I ever experienced. I returned back later and I spoke to Nuela Stermasi, the Vice President of this branch. She told me the teller is new and will follow up on training.

Seems to be homeless right outside every time I go.. they should try to see what can be done because as soon as I step out I'm hounded for change.

After 30 minutes wait to replace a debit card stolen ....no help no smile Worst branch in this area Go to the branch on 7 th and 53 instead .
