I just got a random call from Chase on 125th & St. Nic talking about can she help me with anything. Just a courtesy call. WHAT A NICE GESTURE. Not! I proceeded to say yes, I'd like to open a business account. She said she will send me the link. I said ok , I need to establish 401k. She said she will send me a link. I said I need help organizing my student loans. She said she can't do that , not an investment banker. Any seminars on 1st time homeownership? She send me the link. HUH? Why did you call me , disturbing my day? I'm planning my brothers funeral & here you come calling with NO REAL ASSISTANCE. Just a dumb quota call. Plus her accent was extremely thick so I had to concentrate extra hard to comprehend. STOP CALLING CLIENTS FOR QUOTA! Its disingenuous. Chase is a rich man's bank, point blank. I feel u seen and unheard. I wish she didn't dial my number , just now. For what- to upset me on a already stressful day? If you dont have 5 or 6 figures, they are NOT interested in dealing with your little itty bitty coin. I think I'll take my itty bitty coin elsewhere!

I came in to handle some final banking for my deceased mom customer service in guilding me on what to do. Paperwork was given an appointment was made . the next time I came in it was easy to complete the staff was exceptional and very courteous. What I thought was going to be a horrible experience turned out to be a very pleasant one

The most incompetent workers ever!!!!! I had a check and because the person did not write out the words of how much, she didn't want to cash it. Person who made the check was on the phone and everything. The supervisor is a black female with blonde hair. If the person was on the phone and willing to verify anything, why make me leave and go to another bank?? She was purposely being difficult. A supervisor... unbelievable. I went to Chase on 125th btwn 5th and Lenox. They were all very nice and polite in that bank. Cashed my check in 1min and left.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, MY MOTHER WENT IN TO DO A WIRE TRANSFER AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO EVEN LOOK AT HER PHONE WITH THE INFORMATION THEY NEEDED FOR THE TRANSFER. IT WAS MY MOTHER’S FIRST TIME DOING IT AND THEY COULD NOT HELP HER. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE SHE HAD AT THIS LOCATION.

Not sure what it is with this location but it's not great...at least for ATM service. There seems to always be a line and at least one ATM is always down or broken. I can't speak to the staff here because I've never worked with them.

If you want extremely slow service this is the perfect place to go. 1-2 bank tellers at a time.
