I was kindly greeted by Lilith when I reached the top of the escalators. She assisted me with all of my needs when I came by. She was super patient with me and all of my questions and made my experience a breeze! :)

I have been banking at this particular Chase location for the past 20 years. I needed to access an account and didn't have my drivers license with me but I had a copy of my drivers license on my phone. The entire staff including the branch manager who seemed way to young to manage anything let alone a bank were completely rude and unhelpful! I think Chase overall has horrible customer service! Take your banking needs to another bank and stay away from this particular Chase... especially this location!

Brian Clarke is the man if you’re looking for an investment advisor. The investment he had recommended didn’t yield the best returns but that was on account of the pandemic. Very knowledgeable and personable guy, who is quite responsive to calls and questions.

Absolute worst customer service, specifically from Feras Al Sindi. I re-opened a dispute charge and was instructed to fax my claim through a local branch. I chose this branch and the teller told me to speak to Feras. When you re-open a dispute, you have zero contact with your case manager (via email or phone, only they can contact you). I was told through my reassigned case manager that they would send the receipt from the merchant I was disputing my case with to Feras and ask Feras to forward it to me. I called Feras today and his attitude was condescending and mocking. He spoke over me, laughed at me and told me he couldn't help until I asked to speak to his supervisor, Ed. Still, after asking for Ed's contact information, Feras was unhelpful and told me I'd have to call back and hope I catch him. I'm starting to hate Chase and Feras is the needle in the haystack for me leaving.

Normally I am very happy with this branch. The staff/manager are all friendly and helpful and have been for years. However, today pending the news, I went to get something from my safety deposit box only to find that this branch is already closed???? No warning. It was open Monday but closed today, Wednesday. I know we have a Corona Virus crisis but this branch is Private Client and this is just NOT the way to do things. The Mayor did not even make the decision to shut things down yet and will not for another day, Thursday eve. We should have been emailed to come get our stuff out of the boxes if we needed it. Most people keep important papers in these boxes. I am glad their staff is safe... but the way this was handled is very disappointing.

The teller took my envelope of money and checks and threw it all over the counter. Proceeded to tell me that she did that because of multiple transactions.

Worse branch ever always short staff and whatever you get done in 15 minutes anywhere it takes forever in here unfortunately I have to use it because it's the nearest one to my business

Had a pleasant experience here. Was greeted at the top of the escalator and helped with a withdrawal slip. I always feel that if a teller is unable to help someone, they shouldn't be behind the counter or should have a "closed" sign on their station as it looks like they're ignoring you.

I am a long-time Chase customer. I went in to get Medallion signature guarantee. After waiting for 30 mins, I was informed that it is their (apparently new) policy is to only do 'Account Transfer' Medallions. Very inconsiderate.

Big nice looking branch, but the client experience is less than desirable. This isn't an one off experience. I opened my checking account because of nice young lady named Marisa, but no longer there. My last 2 branch experiences have been almost like I'm interrupting their day. I had recently made a deposit, the money was put "on hold" because source of funds needed to be verified. Chase says that it can "normally" take 5-7 business days to clear, yikes! Not gonna work for me. I went to the branch today to be greeted by no one, finally went to the teller and asked to speak with a personal banker. Young lady kindly picks up the phone and calls a few bankers, not many picking up. It looked like the teller young lady had to strong arm someone to see me, that person, Kevin Gunning. Kevin, your lack of welcoming attitude was very underwhelming. For future reference, if you call Chase fraud prevention department, they will call Citibank and verify funds. I was able to do that by calling 1-800-935-9935. it only took 7 minutes to get my funds released. if you want warm welcoming client experience, try the branch on 56 and 3rd avenue or just call the 800 number.

Poor service. There is no responsible party on sight. The employees are nice, but nice does not get business done. I have $500,000 on deposit and I am treated like a month-to-month client. Use a different branch.
