Not sure why this place has average reviews. I've visited them multiple times and have had a great experience. They helped me open my first bank account in the US.Jared from Chase was very helpful and professional. I took multiple appointments with him and all of my requests were resolved. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this branch.

This branch is not good. They’ve turned over staff here so many times that no one knows what they are doing. They deposit checks in wrong peoples’ accounts, offer less banking services every year, always trying to sell financial planning services when they can’t even get simple banking right. The prior employees and banking abilities were far superior prior to September 2021. Very disappointing, will walk the extra blocks To go to a more competent branch.

As Large as this bank it baffles me that they are the lowest on the spectrum for customer service and this is the general consensus of a majority. You give a lot of excuses but no resolve. If you don't start providing better customer service then millions will start doing business with other banks, credit unions and online banking institutions. Please don't think because you are in our neighborhoods that we feel like you are a part of the community. At this point I would trust Wu Tang Financial over Chase Bank. It would be a shame to have leases on all those retail locations with no customers to support them. Cancel culture is real for a purpose. Chase is acting like a part of the oppression between the wealthy and the average American. Based upon the reviews on Google alone I can see you are not meeting the needs of it's clients/customers. We really don't want to cancel you. We want you to do better!!!

Unacceptable service. Could hear the child banker talking trash. No customers and it still took forever for them to find someone to help me. They did not find a solution to my issue. They are incompetent as is chase as a whole.

okay so im looking a chase nearby and foolishly i figured that they were open unfortunately it is closed now isnt it the business responsibility to advertise that not only on the doors but online as well so people d9nt waste their time or trip coming to this location??
