On or about November 20, 2023 at approximately 10:00 AM while in the chase lobby area at 305 7th Avenue, New York, NY, I observed a female customer walk towards a female employee (later identified as Julie) acting irate and impatient in that, she demanded to be have her[the customer] paperwork notarized forthwith with undue delay and refused to wait for an available representative. Julie, a being a good employee of chase, handled the matter with the utmost professionalism and was able to deescalate the tension and calmly assisted the customer. When the customer left, the customer appeared to be extremely satisfied and content with Julie’s assistance by thanking her for all her help. Through my observations, I witnessed Julie carry out chase’s mission in the utmost professional manner and delivered the services with compassion, care, and dedication.

One of the worst banking experiences I've had. I came in on a Saturday, they said they are short staffed and made me wait, even though I could see the banker just sitting and chilling at her desk. I simply wanted to open a credit card and they couldn't provide me with 1. A clear explanation of the differences between 2 similar types of card offers and 2. Document requirements. As a result I had to go back 3 times just to get a credit card open. Here I was telling them to take my money and they were essentially making it difficult for me to give them my money.

I wish that I could say any good about this bank, except that I have a safety deposit box which was not opened for 2 weeks during Covid. The branch manager was not intelligent enough in my opinion to handle this size of branch and 50% of the customers looked frustrated while in the bank. My branch was closed down during Covid so I started going to this. By the way, if you feel this way, they are not made equal so you can always go to a different branch, hopefully with more competent and friendly staff

This Bank offers a very fair system for managing your funds. With friendly staff who understand taking care of you & offering you the better options for what fits your banking interests as far as what you believe investing in.

Malfunctioning ATMs. Took out cash and machine never vended it, but it deducted the account anyway. Horrible experience with customer support which required pulling a Karen a few times to speak to a manager to get to someone who could help. Stay away.

Witnessed Patricia (who informed me of a short wait to open an account) transition to Spanish and lovingly assist a visually-impaired man. Also dealt with Shaquane over the phone, who was patient and professional and am opening an account with Chase for the first time. These 1* ratings are very surprising!

Hector was great to work with. Walked in just before close trying to open an account. Put my name down, 2 minutes later someone asked if they could help me. Upon hearing I wanted to open an account, Hector took the time to help before they closed. I got everything setup in no time. He explained everything very clearly and was helpful with the setup. Looking forward to making this my every day bank.

Walked in and approached the man standing in the lobby and said that I would like to apply for the student credit card. He told me that I could wait for an employee or just do it online, but his face clearly said that he wanted me to do it online. I felt very unwelcome so I left and went to try to apply online and found that you have to go into a branch. Mind you this is the location directly across the street from the Fashion Institute of Technology. So unbelievably rude.

Wow! I am really surprised by the reviews I see. I don't bank with Chase but I use this branch to make deposits to a friends account and have been here many many times and plan to be there again tomorrow. I have used their ATM dozens of times, no problems, and have interacted with many different bank representatives many times and have never had reason to complain. It's unfortunate these people with 1 star reviews have serious gripes but that has not been my experience over many years.

Staff needs requires better training as they would not accept my Id present which is a legit form according to the jp Morgan website
