The bankers at this location don’t care about customers. Especially Lilia Mahmoudi. She can’t even handle her own finances let alone someone else’s. She has abandoned her own financial responsibilities. I wouldn't even trust her with fake money. She only cares about opening accounts so she can make incentives. Go some place else you are better off. They are incompetent to say the least.

every time I come to this branch to pull out money, the tellers are very nice. I once had an issue with my account and they helped me. The only issue I have, if you are going to withdraw money before they open (using the ATM) homeless people are sleeping there. It doesn't feel safe.

Disgusting service, rude employees and not professionals, namely Jackie Morgan. I'll never come here again. This is the worst bank in New York. Be careful, stay away!

CHASE BANK EMPLOYEES ATTACKED ME AT THE EXIT OF THE BANK, CLOSING THE DOOR SO THAT I WOULD NOT LEAVE THE BANK WITH PROOF THAT I WAS REFUSED.What happened before that…I came to this bank on 01.16.2024 at 17:04 with my little daughter of 2 years old because I was asked at work to open an account urgently. It was my only day off in a monthand the girl in the photo with a mask on her face asked Jackie Morgan and she said that they could accept me and open an account.I have provided the following documents:A letter from DHS confirming the address from the shelter. Where my details and address are.(This was the reason for the refusal. They're hurting me because I'm from a shelter)A NYC ID card with the address and my details.Work authorisationForm I 589 with a stamp stating that I have applied for Political asylum, also with my address and my name. The SSN is also with the address and my name. And there are many letters with my last name and first name and address, which are on all the other documents that I listed above. An employee with a mask on her face outside the window said that a utility bill is needed to confirm the address and all the documents that I provided and listed above are not suitable as proof that I live at this address.THE STAFF ATTACKED ME AT THE EXIT OF THE BANK AND CLOSED THE DOOR SO THAT I WOULD NOT LEAVE THE BANK WITH PROOF THAT I WAS REFUSED.They closed the door in the bank and did not let me out until I delete the photos and videos where they refuse me.They said it wasn't legal to take a video. They probably forgot that this is a public place with FREE ENTRANCE.They were not ashamed of my daughter of 2 years and attacked me.I was attacked by a security guard, an elderly woman, a woman with glasses and a gray sweatshirt, as well as other people in the photo, thereby closing the door so that I would not leave the bank. The girl who refused to open an account was originally named Jackie Morgan, after she saw that my confirmation of the address was from the shelter. But she agreed before she saw the letter from the DHS shelter. They refused to issue a written refusal to open an account.I have all the evidence of the video

It was the worst experience in a bank in my life. I asked so simply stuffs. Change my address and update Sosial security number. Really that was all.. It took one hour. they even could not done it even though wasting my time one hour. I don’t think employees who tried to deal with my issue know what to do or how to do at all.1. When I brought passport & NY driver license, social security card, working permit card, he tried to teach me that u don’t need to bring passport as long as u have a driver license. I said I need to bring passport because it’a not the real ID Drive license. But he insisted that this is real ID. OMG. So guess what, later on, he asked my passport. Not only that. He and one woman (I guess she was a supervisor or something )even asked my original country tax ID or something. Also even asking I-20. Those it really neccecey to update my personal simple information? I wanted to just update my address!!!!! They may claim it’s mandatory. I went to the bank of America to do the same thing. It was so simple and quick. And I could change address in one min by calling chase customer service. What a waste of time & labor. They work in extremely ineffienct way.2. It took 10min to just copy my ID.unbelivable. Even 5years kids could have done faster than that. Of course they did not say sorry at all. Even though I kept saying I'm running out of timeChase is the big bank. It’s Unbelievable there are employees who are not qualified at all even include a supervisor. ! Supervisor is supposed to be better at their job. But no!

The scanner to open the door after hours doesn’t work if you are using your Chase card via the phone tap. I took my phone out of my case and held it like the diagram but it didn’t read my card.

Always easy to get to the ATM inside as well as the ones in the outer lobby. Staff always greats everyone who walks in the door.

I came here with an issue and all the employees were so nice. Eli especially was a pleasure to meet. He helped me so much. He was very patient and did everything to assist me. I hope he always has a great day and that management notices his excellent customer service.

The bank rep there (Elijah Jones) set up a checking account for me. I had the voucher code for the $200.00 incentive and he said he took care of it. But no he did not. He also set up my direct deposit yet it was not done. Had I not checked it, who know where my direct deposit would of went to. I have called the Corporate office and I keep getting jerked around. Eric Hargove is the person that is supposedly trying to resolve this, and getting no where quickly. Too many banks out there that nonsense like this does not happen. I live in NYC. Don't get why it says I'm from San Francisco.

Excellent service & the employees are professional & respectful. If I have to wait to speak to someone it isn’t a problem for me. Everything is explained & they are knowledgeable & good listeners. They go by the book.

Awful client experience! I will spare you the details on back and forth, suffice to say that I came in to the bank with a request... Veronica Taylor couldnt help, and since Olga Boguslavsky left for the day, she ask Shamika Brown to approve the request. The answer was NO, which is not really ok, but what was most shocking is that Shamika (who is supposed to be assitant branch manager) didnt even come out to engage with a client. Any time the client experience person at the bank says to you, I can help you close the account if you want to... its a huge red flag, simply means they DONT value their clients.

Wish I read the reviews before coming here! I popped in to see a personal banker, hoping it would be a quick trip. It took 20 minutes for someone to ask if I needed help, and proceeded to wait even more. I eventually crossed my name off the sign-in sheet and walked up two blocks to another location (was helped the second I walked in). Others who came in to go up to a window were in and out no problem - so I'd imagine they're competent in something.
