Tried to withdraw a significant sum of money from the ATM. No money came out, but the cash is gone from my account. Submitted a complaint, the rep said it will be reversed in 24 hours….. It’s not.

Bank teller is extremely rude. There’s an African American employee who suggested me to use the auto deposit machine which got stuck and swallowed all my money. There was not a single apology. And it takes forever to file a dispute and I have not get my money back.

My friend and I (both in our 70s) had a wonderful meeting with Angel Diaz at the 850 Third Ave Chase Bank. He patiently answered all of our questions, gave us excellent advice and even showed us how to get activity printouts at the cash machine. He is the best and will be our banker and I highly recommend him to everyone.

Yeah, hi, I'm not a Chase customer but I occasionally have to use a branch. The people are always very nice and helpful. I got no beef with them.

I am a customer of Chase Bank since the time it was called "Chemical Bank". Never have I had any problem and have always received good service until today, when I met a teller called Victoria. She was rude and questioned my requests - starting with my request for hundred dollar billis in exchange of twentys which I had just withdrawn from the ATM machine. She said "why did the ATM machine run ourt of hundred dollar bills?' That was an odd thing to ask a customer also because she was not busy and was simply chatting and laughing with two of her other colleagues. I was wondering if Chase paid her to chat and laugh with her colleagues or to help customers with their requests. Throughout my time there she was rude, cocky and muttering under her breath. She reluctantly gave me the hundred dollar bills and before I could put forward my second request she just stopped helping me which meant that I had to take out my ATM card for a second time. I think Victoria definitely needs more training in how to deal with customers and people in general because working at a bank being a teller or a manager means being polite and knowing how to deal with customers with respect. By the way the manager and other people at this Chase branch have always been very helpful, polite and give excellent customer service - except Victoria.

Terrible customer service from the teller today - Victoria. Avoid her. Claimed she couldn't find my son's account and basically accused me of lying when all it was she couldn't be bothered scrolling down the list of accounts to find his. AVOID HER!

Where has customer service gone? Today, the subpar service I received from Chase has me considering a new bank. I needed two things, a notary and wire transfer information. I signed up online and listed my needs in the message portion. When I arrived I learned the branch doesn't offer notary services. I was directed to Rebecca Chin for the wire information. Rebecca did the bare minimum. She offered to print off the information for me to provide to my title company. Even after I showed her the document requiring their form to be completed. While I understand she might not have been able to fill out the form, she could have offered me a seat in her office and assistance just in case I needed any. Nope, she printed the form and went back to whatever was so important on her screen. Sad. Anyone know of a bank in New York that cares about customers? One where employees offer you a seat and a few minutes of their time?

There's kind of a frat attitude, they speak to customers one way and then to each other completely differently. Hang up w a customer and call out a sarcastic comment... there are some exceptions but the vibe is duplicitous kids who think they're slick.

Individual workers are 80% good. The 20% is pretty bad. Overall chase bank has become worse since covid. Always wants your money and want you to open account. Not that helpful to small businesses. In fact they tell you to go to the small banks. So that's what we did; we took our money to small banks. The staff is overall courteous. Banks isn't good however.

I’ve had the pleasure of not only banking with this specific location but having the banker lauraine assist me . She’s very jolly and professional . She’s always willing to go above and beyond for her customers . Thanks for always having my back ! Chase is lucky to have you .

Horrible, I felt so uncomfortable with Lauraine who was the personal banker that accessed my account today. Hopefully none of my money goes missing. FYI keep a close eye on your account after sitting with one of the bank associates at this location.

JP Morgan Chase is the No1 financer of climate chaos. Since the Paris Climate Accord, this bank has spent over 250 billion on fossil fuel projects. Choose a climate responsible bank!
