Extremely efficient, elegant, and professional service! Without an appointment, we were referred by another branch and arrived a couple minutes before closing, yet the manager, Sanda, greeted us eagerly, and introduced us to a banker, Ron. Both were extremely courteous, helpful, and patient, and served us in a timely manner. Would completely recommend!

Worse branch ever, you’re telling me you’re in one of the highest paid zip codes and these atms don’t work…. Only one deposits cash every Friday I come here for the convenience of it being close to my job and I have to sit for 30 min because the atms always have a issue with my bills.Ridiculous.Some security guard have attitude problems there’s one who doesn’t.(darker skinned man) Most of them are LITERLALY on the phone the whole time and letting homeless people in after hours.

I don't often leave reviews of banks - but I was pleasantly surprised by the positive service I received at this Chase branch.I walked in, without an appointment, and was immediately seen by a teller. I had an issue setting up a new checking account online, and when the teller needed the manager's assistance, she came over and walked both of us through the process. They were both patient, helpful and friendly. This branch is close to my office, so I'll definitely be back if I need anything else!

It was my first time at this location a couple of days ago and teller Wesley did an amazing job helping me. I can tell all employees here are great! I’ll most definitely open a Chase account soon!

the worst chase I have ever been in. i was in mid sentence with an account rep and she answered her phone and proceeded to have this long conversation. After she got off the phone she got up to make a transaction and left me there. I got up and left, no apology no nothing. Will never go back

I just got a job in New York and I'm from Korea Republic. I just opened my Chase checking account last week Nov 12th (Tuesday). The next day on the way to my work, I went to the Chase bank at 59 Lexington ave which is nearby the metro exit to make a cash deposit. I brought approximately $4,000 of cash and it was fresh new bill that I brought from Korea and that was my entire asset at this moment.

The notary here has to be the most idiotic and useless employee i have dealt with in a very long time. 'Cant do it.' 'Why not?' 'Because we can't'. 'What can you do?' 'I don't know...' Not to mention the attitude, no desire or attempt to help or give any useful information.

This is probably the first time I have EVER made a review about Chase with negative comments. I have never in my life dealt with such a rude,unprofessional, and just plain disgusting people in my life. I came in to do my routine deposits on my HUSBAND'S ACCOUNT,which I am an AUTHORIZED USER; the employee asks for my ID as my husbands name I say I'm his wife, I am authorized on the account what's the problem? I have NEVER had an issue using my JOINT card with my husband until dealing with people who were so busy being on their phones they clearly forgot that their customer service reps!!!! I ask for the manager and a even MORE DISGUSTING AND GETTO employee comes out ROXANNE PORTER is her name. Her first words to me as the customer were " YOU NEED TO CAM ALLL THE WAY DOWN OR IM NOT DOING ANYTHING FOR U " I'm not sure who approved this lady to be a manager but that IS NOT HOW YOU TALK TO A CUSTOMER, a customer who's already upset at that. Someone really needs to come into this chase and start firing these uneducated getto staff and get representatives that aren't on their phones behind the glass and who ACTUALLY care about customer service. WILL DEFINITELY BE REACHING OUT TO CORPORATE.

I walked in this location during a break after a long frustrating ordeal while speaking with the claims department 800 number. I don't know why I didn't just come in here to begin with and make my life easier. As soon as I walked in Telly greeted me at the door and offered to help me. She was efficient super friendly and sweet. She gave me answers not vague responses to what can happen. Definitely a good experience.
