What a fiasco! My elderly Uncle needed to update his legal documents, a simple matter of uploading. The first person he talked to said that I, his POA, would have to sign a document. Although I live in California, they seemed unable to come up with a way to do this at a distance. So we went in together. Not only did they have no record of the previous conversation and no idea why I needed to sign something, they had not uploaded his current documents. So he went back and gave them the current docs which they promised to upload. That was two weeks ago. Today I got a letter from "the Bank," saying that they were refusing to act on the POA because it hadn't been signed or notarized by me. But of course it had - in California on a page that had been added after the NY notary page which was indeed blank. Apparently going to the end of the document was beyond the ability of a Chase employee. Calling this branch is a joke. I can never get through. Calling the 800 number is the third circle of hell. How badly must Chase treat its employees to get this level of wretchedness in their service? I recommend you avoid this branch and better still, this bank, in future. Utter nightmare.

PENELOPE H... the BEST customer service ever. This branch goes above and beyond. Came in with a couple of challenging online problems and she took care of everything!!! Love love love this branch.

This Chelsea location is efficient and attentive teller customer service- mainly because it was a dark humid raining early Monday morning. No comment on how it is during the peak business hours or other business days of the week. My banking transaction is very simple as I was in and out without any issues. This Chelsea location intersects 10th Avenue and 9th Avenue and accessible nearby C and E trains at 23rd Street station.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Don't do it to yourself. The staff is so rude, and not helpful. They are super fake and do not go beyond to help you. Terrible terrible CROOKS!

I got here at the Chase bank at 5:45 to get a replacement ATM card and not a person here even acknowledged me to ask me or the other 5 people here waiting for help... I kid you not 3 people left and now it's me and one other woman here still waiting and still nobody has helped I had to flag the girl down who locked me in its 630 and I'm STILL HERE! AWFUL!
