Customer service has to be one of the worst that I have ever experienced! Getting a hold of an agent/ambassador took approximately an hour on the phone. Then, I was asked to answer a survey to return an item, which took a while. I’m still waiting for my refund to be issued even after the item has arrived to them. The so-called ambassador has not replied to my message. I would hate to go through this again, so I would avoid purchasing anything online. I expected the service to be WAY better than this!

Online store dior.com terrible doesn’t respect customers. I didn't believe negative reviews until it happened to me. disgusting service. my order was out for delivery, but DIOR requested the delivery company to return my order back to Dior. just like that without explanation !!!!

I received a jacket I ordered from the Christian Dior on 2/11/22, I returned the jacket on 2/15/22 **** picked it up at my door). Dior received it on 2/17/22 and sent me an email of confirmation of receipt, after that I didnt really follow up (check my credit card to see if return was processed). On 3/8/22 I unexpectedly received a package from Dior, including my returned jacket, accompanied by a letter stating it was deemed that the item was denied to return due to being in unsellable condition. I immediately called customer service and was told there is nothing they can do, since the jacket was thoroughly inspected by their warehouse and smelled like perfume. I was mortified taking into consideration the $2,500 jacket did not fit me and certainly didnt meet my expectations. I was almost in tears going back and forth with the agent, while reading complaints online, that this is a tactic Dior uses to make customers keep items that are going out of season. I finally got on the phone with the manager named ******* who insisted there was nothing she could do and that it wasnt in her hands, once the warehouse deems it not in resealable condition. After about an hour on the phone going back and forth and pleading with both customer service agents, ******* offered me a one-time curtesy return. I am beyond grateful for what ******* did for me and she happened to be the manager assisting me. After reading so many terrible reviews about Diors customer service, I was furious, presuming Id be stuck with the jacket that didnt fit when its now Spring time. Just to clarify the jacket was tried on by me for about a total of 2 minutes. I automatically requested a return after trying it on. Was I wearing perfume while trying it on? Yes most likely, I wear perfume daily. Did it smell like perfume when I received it back? No, honestly I dont think it was even the same jacket.

I ordered a bag online. Once I received my bag it was clear it was fake. I recorded the unboxing and sent the video to customer service. They said they couldn't do anything for me so I spent $2300 on a bag and they sent me a fake one. Don't order from them.

Bait and switch with online beauty items. Promotional items never come customer service is non existent. They promise to follow up, send items missing from order. ect. do not order online

If I could give 0 stars I would for a company with such high standards there CUSTOMER SERVICE online and IN STORE is the worst. They have scammed me out of my money by requesting a package to be returned to sender on the day it was scheduled to arrive to me now they do not want to give my money back. I am be hung up on and told 10 different stories about the process that I should not have to follow because of there error Now no one wants to talk to me and as of 02/12 9 days later I still have no refund and I'm sure they have there package back that I should not have to wait on!!!! I'm Livid

I should have post this review way back in October 2019 but better late then never. My order No. ******* did not arrive. So like every other normal person, I did what I can to locate it. I first contacted customer service. Their answer to me was reassuring to say the least. The promise of sending me a replacement while investigating the situation with *****. About 5 days later ***** personnel came, asked me 2 questions. 1 “did you check with neighbors?” 2 “is this the correct address?” And that was the end of their “investigation”. I still don’t have my order, which is a 220$ bottle of Feve Delicieus. So I contact customer service again 3 days later about the replacement, they then told me to give them about 8 days to resend or fully refund my money. NEITHER OF THESE PROMISES HAPPEN. I had to contact my bank and open a claim case to get my money back myself 2 weeks after waiting. Horrible customer service, and the worse part is? I still don’t get to own a bottle of Feve Delicieus.

Exceptional service begins promptly from the doorman to personalized service from floor to floor at this Dior flagship. I am a great fan of Dior & have always experienced great care particularly from their fine jewelry department. Every visit is truly enjoyable.
