In person most of the tellers are nice but the branch is incredibly unreliable! Do not order a different currency from them! This is the third time that they don’t call me to pick them up or there’s no FedEx delivery or there’s another excuse. Just go to the union square branch if you need to exchange currency. This branch NEVER picks up their phone. About 8 months ago at least someone would call you back but now you’re calling into the abyss. They leave you with an uneasy feeling after taking your money. Convenient location for me - but it’s not worth the hassle.

Though I had not had the best experience in some other Citi branches in NYC, I have to say my visit to this one completely turned things around. BIG THANK YOU to Lyndsey and Fabiola for being professional, helpful, caring and really cared for my request to open my new bank account with Citi! For me, this was the best branch of Citi in NYC (I have been to quite a few and have not had the best experience until I visited this one).Thank you Lyndsey and Fabiola! :)

The worst ever, we just need the signature certified, have been sent to 5 different Citi Branches and second last, a notary, said we have to go to the branch where we opened the account, since they have the original signature - which I don’t understand, it was anyways digital. Fine we went back to the opening branch, this one, still no they cannot make it cause they don’t have a notary. And blamed their colleagues to send us to them.We opened an account in Chase and two seconds later the stamp was no there.

They are impossible to reach by phone. They never pick up. I have been trying to reach the branch the entire day and still nothing. Do not bank with this branch. Your problems will not be solved via phone, you would need to physically go there.

Long wait.. slow line.. which I don't mind but at least they should have someone to tell us that it is going to be a long wait so I can make a decision if I should wait here or not. Someone should have come informed us that it is going to be more than 30 mins wait. I was waiting for a banker with another guy for almost an hour. Don't come to this location- it's not worth it...

This review is not about this branch, but about Citibank in general. I went to my online account, and had questions about some apparently new formatting there. I clicked on the chat. Hold. I asked for an explanation. Hold. I was transferred to another agent. Why? Again put on hold. Call was ended. I did not get an answer. This would all be ok if this were a one time occurrence but on the whole Citibank has had a lot of problems.

I went to this branch today just to take care of a brief transaction, and the teller was friendly. The bank itself, however, has a very austere atmosphere.

I've had a good experience with all tellers who have helped me in this branch and have never had to wait long because they're dedicated to helping customers quickly. It would be nice if it was updated inside! Looks so dated.

I have been a Citi customer for 20 years, I love my bank. Unfortunately, I had I have to do my Business banking with Kin C. Yip is extremely unprofessional.

no complaints about the staff or the facilities, but I recently tried to deposit a check on my phone, and the system could not read it even though it was computer generated and not something in sloppy handwriting. I called and was told I had to come to a branch to deposit personally. Great, but every branch closes at 5 PM. Really? How a bout a little customer service?

In this day in age ..bank branches need to stay open at least until 6pm for people who do not leave work until 5pm or at least open for half a day on a Saturday ...this is just ridiculous...
