Others have written about the poor customer service at this branch but what really shocked me was the abysmal security. I was left completely alone in the vestibule for 20 minutes. I walked into offices, sat at computers and did not see a single employee during that time. have you ever been in an empty bank? its eerie.

Great Experience, Teller was swift and processed my checks quickly, Dexter teh Personal banker was able to help me with my requests that I were unable to attain online and on the mobile APP. Diligent work and friendly customer service. Anastasia the branch manager has a great team .

This branch sucks. Sloooooooow. Service non-existent. Repeatedly make the mistake of coming to this branch for some reason.

One of the few branch remains with natory service in the neighborhood. Customers are informed of estimated wait time here. Drinking water 8s also provided on site. It's so much better than the other branch at 6th ave and 23 St that has minimal customer service.

Why citibank now start to close everywhere in the States. Stupid staff Stupid manager. Nothing to say. Just closed and continues to close your Branch. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! Gabriella was so sweet and Josimar gave me a lot of great information about my current credit card and a new credit card they have. He was also very nice and helped me with my Citibank app.

Our company had been a long term business account holder of Citi Bank for more than 10 years. We had used to have a rep but the service had gone down the road since his departure. After that, our nightmare had begun and nothing had done right at all. No matter how hard we had tried, things had just never got done properly. A month ago, we approached the Citi Bank Branch at 1107 Boardway, New York NY 10010 and appointed Mr. Torrey Salter as our new company rep. Torrey helped us to resolve all our outstanding issues. Two weeks ago, our business checking account was compromised. Then, the Theft Department of Citi Bank immediately froze up our account. Two days later, we discovered that all checks that we had issued earlier were bounced because of the fact that our account were locked. Torrey immediately took over the situation and started monitoring our check activities on a daily basis. With his assistance, we finally had a new business account reopened and things were slowly and gradually getting back to normal. The owners of our company highly praised Mr. Salter of his hard work during such a difficult time and we strongly recommend him to any business account owner for his professional service.

Amazing customer service!!!! The best! I was in the city for my son's surprise outing to legoland as a reward for his good behavior but I left my ID and wallet at home. The staff went above and beyond to verify my identify and I was able to withdraw money for the day. It made my son's surprise and the amazing day possible. They could have easily turned me away without ID but thought out of the box and went to great lengths to check that I was who I said I was. I can't thank you enough!!!

Horrible experience . Manager lacks in management skills. I believe her name was jackeline or jacky. Went in for a simple transaction and left with nothing done. Customer service is obviously not her priority. Another middle aged women , pretty tall , short Brown hair, slim was absolutely no help either Shana or Sandra is her name. I was so enraged by my encounter with these two ladies that I just sped out. I went to the citi bank a bit further and had better service in that Location. I will no longer be a customer to this location & im pretty sure that I'm not the first nor the last.

Horrible customer experience!!!! I wanted to cash a citibank check I had but i dont have an account with them. They then refused to cash my check and made me go to another location which was like a 30 minute walk because they refused to help me. They said this branch doesnt cash checks for non customers. Are you serious? Thats part of your business and all locations should have that option. This is why chase is better and I will never come to this location again. Horrible!
