Waited about 20 minutes for the teller. Unfortunately, there was just 1 teller when I went who was assisting international customers. I left without any assistance.

Unprofessional banker here escalated issues with financial advisor I was having at another branch in unprofessional manner handling the situation in unethical way. Next time either report it to the said branch manager or your branch manager instead of exercising bromance with citi branch staffs by giving them heads up without informing your branch manager and failing to notify the manager of the situation first. That is called having a “Big Mouth” and a clear indication that privacy of a CITI client is non-existent when you know the fault was clearly on the advisor —which you apologized on his behalf…. — Go review CITI customer service, privacy of a client and conflict resolution manual or training again. I would avoid this branch as a whole. Disappointed how the matter was handled as if it would be a chitchat with a colleagues at an happy hour after work about a client… and at least tell the story 100 percent truthfully or not an halfway painting the client in a negative light. WTH?! You should be glad I have not disclosed your name here.

Incredibly rude and refuse to make transactions. Claim to be a full service branch but refuse to cash their own checks, saying you have to go to a different branch almost a mile away. Don't claim to be full service if you can't do something so simple as cashing your own checks, and don't be condescending about it when a customer believes your false advertising!

If I can put zero stars as the rating I would’ve ! This bank and specifically this branch gave me the hardest time and the worst experience! My account got hacked and had a lot of money got stolen. I contacted the bank right way but they didn’t provide me with any help. I kept going back and forth for almost two months to only get half of the money back and wait for the other half a while after that.Even when this issue got resolved and I wanted to close my account, they still gave me a hard time to do that and it took me a few calls throughout the day to get it done.They have no cooperation or respect to their clients!

Worst customer service , went for notary and was informed it is only for their customers who have account with them , all other banks offer free notary service irrespective of fact you have account with them or not .

The tellers are great doing their job. Management is poor, nobody can help you or resolve any situation. They never have a Manager on site.
