One of the reasons I like banking with Citi is that they come up with creative ways to serve the community. Whether it's the Citibike program or favorable loans for customers, there's a good chance you'll find a product that will come in handy. Getting cash from their ATM has always been easy. It's open 24 hours a day and they have bank tellers inside who can assist you during office hours. The presence of a security guard made me feel safe withdrawing cash. The loan officers have gotten to know me by name and always take the time to help me. I've never felt rushed or I felt like I was just another statistic whom they need to up-sell a product to. I did find one of their special offers particularly useful. The "Citi Flex Loan" allows you to get a loan straight from your credit card limit at rate of 9.99%. There's no need to get approved or be subjected to a credit inquiry because it comes from your existing line of credit. The monthly payments were low and I got the cash deposited to my checking account in 48 hours. This program gave me some more financial breathing room and allowed me to pay off another loan at a higher rate. They treat those with whom they already have a relationship wonderfully.

This CB location teller banking hours opens late which is convenient for customers. I agree with the long line and very minimal tellers stationing the fort. The ATM foyer area is relatively clean. Nota bene: Correct address for this CB location is: 4955 Broadway, NY, NY 10034.

Worst worst service ever. It is a great bank but please please im begging you do not come to this location. They have usually 1 or 2 people working. You will be waiting for hours ..even in line theres 1 teller.

Put in $15K new money for a $300 promotion. They kept trying to get out of paying me the $300 for months. I went in and closed my account, and the manager behind my back made gestures and faces at the teller helping me, for her NOT to help me. What unprofessionalism.

This place actually has great customer service ( often a rare situation up here ). It's basically an atm but they have people there during the day to help out. And they need the help cause some people seem to not know how to use an ATM so by having the helpers there, they speed up the wait.

I had the pleasure of changing banks from Wamu to CB at this branch right around the corner from my house. The branch itself isn't particularly modern looking like some other CB branches or other banks. The tellers (who all speak Spanish given the neighborhood) are pretty quick in processing transactions, which moves the usually long line along rather speedily. There are more than enough ATMs at the front to take care of those cash fixes. :D What was really cool is that when I opened my accounts, I was working with some really pleasant people that wanted to know what I was looking for and asked all the right questions. I had a lengthy conversation about insurance and other banking related matters... and it was just generally a good feel! I felt really taken care of. Plus, they gave me a temporary ATM card while I waited for mine to come in the mail. It's great to have the convenience of your bank right around the corner, and the security in knowing that if I wanted to go to Tokyo right now, I could go to the one in Shinjuku. Good feeling folks, good feeling. ^_^ Did I mention they have Saturday hours til 2pm? :D
