Clean and decent location with the subway station and bus stops all at walking distance. Easy to find and there's usually a security inside at this location when the bank is closed and when it's only the ATM. Quite a few ATMs and usually alright service.

It's just an ATM. But as usual take precautions and make sure that no one is scanning your ID, credit card, your bank card or any of your cards with one of those fake ATM scanners. Just be cautious like you would be anywhere else around in the city or around the world.

Abundant ATM machines in the foyer area which is narrow for such heavy traffic at all times of the day. Floor appears relatively clean without papers or strewn rubbish lying around. No comment on their teller services as I did not utilize.

I have an issue to sort out with a closed account and the person who answered the phone, Paul, was the most incompetent, rudest worker ever. He yelled at me, hung up on me, and also refused to put me on the phone with a manager when I calmly asked to speak with one, since he clearly could not help me. He couldn't answer basic questions about my account, gave me information I know factually is just wrong, and had a desperate attitude, like he was off his meds or something. Paul should be fired for treating a customer this way and his mental state is questionable. I do not recommend this bank because you can't even speak with a supervisor. I tried calling back to talk to one to help me with my issue and also report this abuse, and all I got was Paul picking up the phone on me and hanging up. I will call back and speak with a manager about this another day.

Well this bank is garbage the staff here are very rude a professional especially the manager the lady she's always mean never happy you don't leave your customers unhappy when they leave I have 4 Account with Citibank I will close them whenever you ask them to help you out they pretend like they don't know anythingoh well that's how you lose all your customers never I will come here again because of the manager she's a disgusting fat person
