The staff at 120 Broadway were friendly (not in that cringy insincere way) and helpful. If you're a Citibank customer and need to visit an actual branch I would not hesitate to go here.

I like the Citi branch only because of Sayra Gomez. She is the best banker I ever worked with. I came to her with different issues and requests and she always knew how to help and what is the best for me as for a client. She is always stands by client interests and always willing to help. I live in Brooklyn but I rather go to the Citi branch on 120 Broadway because I am sure Sayra will do everything right!

To even give it 1 star is too much!!! They renovated this bank for nothing. the moved the deposit line to main floor (lobby) you can walk into make a deposit and wait time can be 45 minutes. not enough staff. Never mind they have someone saying hi welcome or thank you for coming. I mean, no you cannot come here to make a quick deposit. EXPECT YOUR WAIT TIME TO BE LONG!!!!!

My personal information was stolen and the data thief somehow figured out I had a Citibank MasterCard. Since they didn't have the physical card, the scammer simply called up Citibank and they sent them a chip enabled card to the scammers address. Then the scammers racked up thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges on my Mastercard. When I got a billing statement I was blown away because the balance should be zero. I never use the card. When I pointed this out, they didn't remove the charges, but sent me notices saying that a minimum payment was due. I've been trying to talk to the Security department all afternoon, but they hung up on me five times in the middle of the call. I've never experienced such rude customer service in all my life. It seems that the only remedy will be to sue the bank's CEO and have him served papers in the middle of a shareholders meeting. If that's what I will have to do, I'll do it. The scammers committed fraud on my other credit cards, but those companies removed the charges no problem. I would give Citibank a negative five stars if I could, but one star is as low as the ratings go.

By all means, do not bank at Citi!!! This bank has the worst customer service. The people that work there tell lies just to get you off their phones. I made a deposit into my account for a check that I received as a settlement. They blocked all of my accounts because they thought this check was a fraud. They blocked me from accessing the app and their website. I had to call them multiple times to resolve the issue. Each time I called, I was on hold for at least an hour. One of my calls lasted 3 hours including the wait time. When I finally spoke with someone in their fraud department, he told me he cleared the block and everything will be back to normal in 10 minutes. I waited an hour. When I tried to access my account, I still could not. I had to call back and be placed on hold. I am currently making the call at the moment. I have been on hold for 45 minutes now. This is totally unacceptable for 2022. Each time that I did speak with someone they were rude, unempathetic, impatient, and told lies. As soon as I do get access to my account, I will switch banks!!!

The bald guy who works here was SUPER unhelpful. I walked in bc my account is locked and I can't login. I tried calling multiple times and their phone system had me on hold for ages. I told him this and he said there's nothing they can do. When I asked if they could call for me (bc it IS quicker for them to reach Citibank for you then you do it yourself), he lied and said it'd be the same. Only when I started becoming frustrated and said sarcastically that he was being a huge help and started walking away did he try to become helpful. Forget this branch.

Citibank needs to shutdown this branch down immediately. The employees are extremely rude and do not tell the honest truth. You can not trust these people at all. I would absolutely not recommend anyone use the branch. This is the worst bank in NYC. You can see by all the 1 rating on here. Citibank change the people at this branch immediately.

What a terrible branch. In fact, the entire customer service at Citi is horrid. Please don't cause yourself frustration and headaches. Find a different bank. The service is incompetent and atrocious. So very disappointed. I'm closing my accounts and going to a different bank.

I used to have an account with Citibank that I had to close a couple of years ago, but I needed copies of checks deposited with that account. I went to this branch (120 Broadway) and Glenis helped me - she was amazing. Very helpful and made the whole thing a breeze, even though the check copies were numerous and from over a year ago. She made sure I got every single copy I needed and reviewed it with me multiple times. One of the best customer service experiences I have received at a bank - thanks!
