The worst branch ever. They should CLOSE it down. No one was at the teller window !! Lazy freaking employees

I went to deposit my check, 4 quarters, and 2 nickels. The teller; name given by her coworkers “Precious” first refused to deposit the coins stating I have to wrap them up. LoL! It’s 6 coins… senseless. She scrutinized the coins. Asked 3 times what I want.. each time I reply deposit. She bends down to pull out her coin tray making a whole scene oh stressing it is; then told her coworker “these customers need to wrap up their coins”. WHOA! That was the last straw. I asked to see the manager. She refused and said the manager isn’t there. That’s she’s in charge. No way this hood attitude is in charge. Her coworker lucky step in; while she wave nasty gesturing me to go. Her coworker took down my number to call me and told me her name is “Precious”. I have yet to receive any calls from her manager. I filed a complaint. The surveys for this branch is near just 1 star. Which is the lowest anyone can give; practically a 0. My bankers, colleagues, etc. everywhere are aware. The manager there should know the particular teller acts up when he or she isn’t around.

I came in to open an account. No one was at the front desk so I got on the teller line. There was only one teller helping one person ahead of me. Four other employees sitting around chit chatting. After waiting ten minutes I gave up and walked out.

There is a teller who has the worst Vibe and Energy ever. Poor guy but really shouldn't be working dealing with people. I just closed a 15 year bank account because of him. I rather not disclose what he did to me but watch out because he is mean person.

someone opened up a credit card in my name, used it and now it is on my credit report, I now have late payments cause I did not pay on it cause it is not mine. They closed my account on my credit report, some how it mysteriously got paid off not by me, but whoever opened it, My credit report shows late payments, all I ask is that they REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT FROM MY REPORT FOR IT IS NOT MINE TO BEGIN WITH. Not sure about the workers at the register but their personal bankers are very friendly and helpful. Chris has been my go-to guy for years now, and he's made sure I never get wrongfully charged for anything. If you need anything, go to Chris because he's way too nice and deserves a promotion! :D

Not sure why all the negative reviews; I have been there twice recently and the teller and a personal banker, Megan Eberhardt, were very helpful and patient. My online banking was locked so I went there and Megan spent an hour helping me deal with unlocking the account as well as making an international wire transfer. I had lost faith in Citibank but the 2 ladies there helped somewhat restore it. Since my local branch closed, I am using this as my branch now.

My account being locked and then i went to the branch they ask me to wait after 24hours, then it still locked, I’m angry they don’t even just simply help me to unlock it, all I provide was correct and they have terrible attitude with people.

Terrible. Deposited a check in the ATM in the foyer before the branch opened. After taking my check a screen stating "I'm sorry. I can't accept or return checks right now due to technical problems" and gave me a number to call. I called the number and asked if I could just go to the branch to get my check returned. They told me branches couldn't open the ATM to get my check back and I had to open an investigation, which I did. I told them that was absurd. I then went to the branch and asked the same thing and was given the same answer. Basically after this experience I have decided to close all my Citibank accounts after this issue is resolved. Basically what I'm saying is don't go to this branch, and don't open a Citibank account.

This branch has improved their customer service in a greater level. The tellers were nice and efficient. The manager was really nice too and even waved my fee for my cashier's check. It took me about 10mins to get what I needed done. They make sure everybody is being helped. I always go to this branch since this is the closest to me and I never experience anything bad so far. I hope they keep it that way.

Worst experience in the WORLD. The teller, shorter indian lady, was incredibly rude. Was depositing into landlords account and she literally treated my like a criminal. Took my passport, other teller came over during our transaction and tried to act as a decoy and made up a story of how he was going to Europe and wanted to visit my country while I was there which is literally on the OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD and in a different HEMISPHERE. It was suppose to be a simple deposit. VERY rude, VERY d*** people, who are in charge of looking after peoples networth...Makes you think.
