This location used to be one of my favorites until today. I found new staff which don’t have idea how to treat Citibank customers and the most important of all don’t have experienceOn banking or giving solutions to problems. I might comeback when I see new staff

If you need a Citi location, don't go to this one. Rude staff, arrogant and entitled manager who doesn't even actually know Citi policies.

Extremely friendly staff and such a delight to work with. Greated all the time with a warm smile as well. Quick service with options of using ATM machines 24 hours a day.

Nice tellers but you can't reach a customer service by phone. I'm a Business Acct. client and I've had some major problems with my acct. that have taken days to straighten out. Seriously considering Chase.

The fees are too high, I DON'T RECOMMEND DO BUSSINES WITH THIS PLACE. As a result of the agreement between the place, I used live called Stuyvesant Town a habitational unit and the bank's staff. I was persecuted by both the Citi bank and the administration. The bank kept track of my account's activity and passed it to the administration without my permission. Evry time I used their ATM, they would alert the administration so they could send someone to follow me. Unhappy with this, they notified the branch on 23rd and Park Ave in Manhattan. Sadly, the orchestrated plan of the administration had all along, had work. I had to change banks and moved out of the habitational unit. Citi' staff behaved unethically, immorally, and unprofessional.

I went there today and the teller was pleasant. Also, I was feeling a little sick from the heat & humidity and he brought me some water.

If you transfer IRAs to Citi-- ie give them more business- they require onerous paperwork which can't even be emailed or faxed. It needs to be put in snail mail. They also require a signature guarantee and they say they have someone on every branch who can do this. However, in this branch I've tried to do this twice in two different weeks and both times the person was on vacation. Go figure! They spend millions to advertise including on all these bikes and yet when you try to give your business, they can't handle a basic transaction.

Nice Citibank and decent size. Good service and decent speed too. Pretty quiet and not too hard to find but a bit inconvenient with L train and bus stops are a bit further down. A bit awkward spot but nice area

Been banking at this location for 18 years. The personal touch and fast speedy lines are great. Citibank also has citibike right in front so you bike and bank! The staff here is great and many have been here for decades.
