Randomly blocks your cards many times per month. Very nice situation when you are traveling in Asia.

I’ve always had good experiences at Citi Bank branches, the personnel are fairly professional and attentive. If ever there’s an issue, it’s corporate. At this branch, while waiting at their lobby to meet my contact, we were greeted by several associates and asked if they could help us with something. Later we approached the counter to proceed with our business, Lucina was very friendly and helpful! Very patient and processed all my requests swiftly with clear instructions so everything went smooth and fast! above all, her smile just made my week! one Happy Monday for me!

Shocking how poor their call center is. I couldn't get through to a person for 10 minutes. When I finally did they couldn't even answer a simple question correct. I had to log on to my account while on the phone with them and correct them. Even after I repeated that they were wrong. The 5 level of security is frustrating. I can't wait until they realize their current call center business model is not working for the clients.

Such a nice and BIG location. Super clean and line moves very fast. This branch feels a little historic as well because it's in an older building. They have a lot of bankers who are available to help. Great service as well!

Hi I would like to talk about a situation my credit card being hacked by someone. Upon arriving in Miami I notified Citibank customer servie that I would be leaving the USA on a cruise to the Western Carribean Islands. Upon two days in to the cruise I was declined a purchase of 17.00 on the cruise ship. I called customer service by way of the front desk customer service phone. Citibanks customer service said that I was showing fraud Charges and wanted to know where I was. I reminded them where I was and how long I had be on the cruise. Upon arriving back in the USA. I Found out that I had charges of around 765.00 dollars in charges from LYFT and Doordash, UBER etc, Remind you that I had been declined for a 17.00 purchase on the week long cruise and was not able to use my card the entire time. My question to Citibank has been how can you justify declining me purchases of 17.oo but allow someone in Calif. Florida, to make all of these charges when I told them I would be out of the USA during the dates they allowed theses transactions to go through. I immediately disputed the charges and close the account. Citibank sent me another card. I never activated the new card. Guess what came in the mail on my bill the month of October. 263.00 more charges from LYFT. How can this be when I closed the old account and never activated a new card. When ever I call customer service it seems like I have to talk to the people who are offshore and can not speak much English. I'm beginning to wonder if this is an inside job. I am so frustrated right now! I have asked to close the account and remove my name forever from Citibank only to be told by someone in Taiwan that they will have to ask the customer service manager. I now have to wait 90 days while they investigate what is definitely fraud. Citibank sends me a letter with one of each transactions each week asking for me to sign that I did not authorize this transaction and that I dispute. With at least 35 different small transactions. This could go on forever. Im so over Citibank! It seems as if they are protecting the crook and not me which seems to me to be an inside job. Going to see lawyer tomorrow and talk small claims court.

My employee tried to open a business account at this branch. She was not as versed on business procedures. She called the business owner for information to tell the branch manager about to open the account. Instead of the branch manager listening to me and providing information he was very combative and would not let me speak. I will instead open a business account for my three companies with my combined revenue totaling $890 million at Wells Fargo and I will tell my counterparts around the world to do the same. Banks are a service industry and make money off the money deposited into their perspective banks. We do not work for you, you work for us; hence the name Service Industry! Zero starts instead of the one I had to choose.

Lobby hours have changed and no one has saw it fit to change it on the website. No wonder Wells Fargo and TD Bank has bit into their market share so deeply.
